In this role, you'll be responsible for design, development, and implementation of Data Warehouse and BI programs to provide insights that drive effective business decisions. The position ensures the necessary department data is available for use, either through the corporate data warehouse or by direct extraction from the source. Maintain and enhance existing visualization solutions currently in use throughout the sector. The BI Analyst must have the ability to translate business requirements into logical data models and data requirements. You will be the data expert responsible for retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, identifying key indicators and actionable insights, and effectively communicating the most important information to drive decisions.
A day in the life of the Business Intelligence Analyst may include:
Partner with business teams to consult, provide solution to implement data solutions, KPI's, automated reporting/process solutions and data related improvements, streamline data migration by working closely with our data engineers to meet business needs.
Design, develop, and evaluate recurring and ad hoc reporting / dashboards in Power BI to drive and monitor the business and our products using best practices in data visualization and reporting tools.
Present recommendations to identify BI related workflows and sequencing events for automating and streamlining reports
Configure data mart schemas within the data warehouse per the specifications of the BI Development team
Identify source data in transactional systems
Lead analytics for the Marketing team by developing key performance indicators, analyzing and reporting out on the performance of key growth and marketing metrics to gauge trends, benchmarks, and performance of growth strategies, as well as derive value by analyzing customer data and identifying marketing opportunities.
Document the characteristics of the data, such as size, cardinality, completeness, and quality to ensure that product delivery meets requirements.
Support Sales and Client Service by studying product usage patterns, proactively identifying customers who may be under-utilizing products or functionality, and identifying new customers.
Develop and deploy ETL scripts to extract data from source systems and populate data marts according to predefined specifications.
Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action
Analyze data on existing customer characteristics and campaign performance to enable continuous refinement of data-driven engagement marketing strategies.
Create visualizations, Dashboards and reports for requested projects
Perform queries to validate the accuracy and completeness of ETL scripts and BI applications
Develop optimization strategies to minimize data reload time
Monitor data quality, analytics and metrics results
Turn data into actionable insight
About You:
· B.A./B.S. from an accredited university in Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Economics; Computer Science, Statistics or a similar quantitative related field. Master's degree in these disciplines are preferred.
· 6+ years of professional data analysis experience and DW/BI projects
· You have strong knowledge of AI/Machine Learning, data architectures, statistical techniques, and statistical computer languages.
· Experience or education in banking deposits, loan instruments, accounting (general ledger systems), Marketing or MCIF (Marketing Information Customer file) systems experience or corporate finance is a plus
· Thorough understanding of the following specific tools/technologies - Tableau, SQL, Python, MS PowerBI, IC Databases, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, including the skills to query database and recognize performance opportunities of reports/queries
· Familiarity with Agile Development methodology and Kimball SDLC
· Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

The Hospital Data Insights (HDI) Product & Data Analyst role will involve testing, data analysis, and product management of the HDI portfolio. The candidate must be capable of multitasking, managing their own time, and working on several product initiatives simultaneously.
This person will play a pivotal role in contributing to functional and product specifications, developing test plans, and leading the QA and testing of the HDI product. Duties
As a Data Lifecycle Specialist for CIA, you will focus on enabling organizational data management and information systems, aimed at increasing discoverability and retrievability, facilitating dissemination, ensuring the delivery of timely and relevant intelligence, and the review and release of information to the public. The work covers every aspect of the management lifecycles of data and records, from planning to preservations or disposal. You will be designing search strategies, to facilitate consumption and integration across a variety of data entities and digital systems, as well as providing guidance to users of information management systems. This also includes cataloging, storing, and maintaining records and data, consistent with Federal Records Act and Executive order requirements, to ensure accountability, appropriate access, and mitigation of risk. Data Lifecycle Specialists also review and analyze information to determine releasability, to include providing classification guidance to information owners and leveraging tools to review digital products for release. Work includes responsibility to:
* Analyze data collections to catalog and manage in a way which enhances discoverability and retrievability for appropriate dissemination of digital and hardcopy information
* Formulate search strategies, identify data sources, and retrieve and organize digital information
* Consult on digital data curation and archiving processes, procedures, and policies
* Define and implement data standards and processes to support data exchange, exploitation, modeling, management, and production
* Conduct information review and release activities to include review of digital products leveraging a variety of tools and technologies in support of the Freedom of Information Act, Privacy Act, and other laws, regulations, and Executive orders
* Identify and ensure proper handling of information about individuals, to include Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and data protected by the Privacy Act

Job Description
Required:
• Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) consultant with overall experience of 4 years and 3+ years of relevant experience in the implementation of Batch/Real-time Integrations using ODI 11g.
• Ability to customize knowledge modules as per the requirement.
• Should have strong design and development skills.
• Ability to design and develop Interfaces, Packages, Load plans, user functions, variables and sequences in ODI.
• Understanding of ODI/ODQ administration, maintenance and configuration skills.
• Experience working with multiple source/target systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, XML files, flat files, MS access/excel documents.
• Exposure to OLAP, OLTP, Data warehouse, Data mart development, Fact and Dimensional DB designs.
• Should have experience in developing dimensions and fact tables using ODI.
• Experience in high data volume environments/ performance tuning in ODI.
Qualifications
Qualifications Basic:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT industry.
