Evaluating the most complex systems for which the FAA is responsible. Performs work of broad scope and complexity with a high degree of independence. Incumbent provides the highest organizational level of technical support associated with analyzing, designing, developing, installing, repairing, fabricating, maintaining, modifying, or interrelationships and management of the NAS. Incumbent is recognized as the technical expert on legacy and newly developed systems within a large facility or multiple facilities over a large geographical area.
Work requires maintaining technical expertise on complex systems and/or emerging technology, systems software systems and processes. Performs a variety of functions directly relating to the operation of the NAS. Focus is on availability and reliability of the services and products provided to the users of the NAS. Serves as the principal technical specialist, a project manager, on the major projects and/or program areas, resolving unique technical problems without managerial intervention, providing coordination and suggesting solutions. Works within established policies and procedures to select the most effective and efficient approach or to develop new solutions. Carries out work in accordance with overall plans and objectives of the organization, resolving problems as they arise and making adjustments as necessary to deal with unanticipated situations and organizational needs. This work includes responsibility for evaluating diagnostic data from multiple systems that are integrated to support a network of services or service products. Can be called upon to assist with repair and/or restore service or systems, providing guidance on the availability of backup systems, and to upward report the status of critical events.
Evaluation of this data is used for correcting deficiencies on Contractor Acceptance Inspection (CAI) or Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAi),FPIP, FSEP, Redline Drawings, Peabody and DMT reports dealing with LCMs. LADs, LEMs and resolving event-based certification issues necessary for the timely restoration of equipment, systems/services with the NAS. Monitors other employees as a project or team leader.
Identifies requirements (staffing funds, materials, and equipment) to accomplish projects and tracks the use of project resources. Inspection, and disposition of assets. Acts as SSC point of contact for all projects completed locally or by outside contractors. Responsible for all aspects of SSC projects from initial planning, drawing and specifications review, implementation, Joint Acceptance into all planned activities ensuring that all customers and users of services are included and involved in implementation and planning. Expertise and understanding of user and stakeholder need to prioritize SSC workload. Qualifications
To qualify for this position candidates must show experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility that demonstrates an extensive knowledge of and experience in technology system interrelationships, and management of civilian or military automated aviation, navigation and electronics systems. Generally, experience at the next lower level, pay band H/level III or equivalent, meets the minimum qualifications for this position as long as the experience supports the demonstrated abilities.

Job Description:
Under supervision, this position is responsible for processing complex paper and electronically submitted claims requiring further investigation and coding; resolving pended claims and processing adjustments. Multi-task & decision making - navigating multiple computer applications - a lot of mouse functions - web based applications - production based environment - sedentary work (sitting for long periods of time) - quality and production expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
6 mo office environment experience
Data Entry and/or typing experience
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Loan Documentation Clerk/Editor/Scanner

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Edit and Pre-Edit all loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank Policies, bank Procedures, and proper authority
Loan Compliance and all Regulations including HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/Flood
Review consumer denials to ensure appropriately completed
Responsible for identifying and tracking technical exceptions and loan covenants
Responsible for identification and tracking of insurance coverage on loans and assist in gaining updated Evidence of Insurance when needed
Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to BancFirst procedures
Review and balancing of general ledger accounts
Work paid files and prepare payoff statements
Communication with loan staff, primarily processors and lenders
Assist customers with loan questions by phone and in person
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives
Perform other job duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Ensure compliance with regulations and bank Policies and Procedures
Detail oriented, self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and good organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Must work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Must be able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, dealing with confidential information
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Excellent work ethic
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of loan documentation and real estate regulations a plus
Knowledge of loan underwriting principles a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile
Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds
