Nothing really. The culture is a drain on growth. Care more about feelings than technical execution. Protection at highest levels over employee career growth. I could go on, but if want a job and not a career Databank is a good starter job in the datacenter space

Remote work was great!

Lack of advancement and strategic direction.

Paid training was very helpful when I went to leave. I became much more marketable. Thanks, DataBank!
