The Position

Provide development and finance team with regular updates on how pipeline & receivables are tracking
Acknowledgements & Donor Services
Run acknowledgement reports regularly, checking for accuracy, and print and mail letters to donors in an accurate and timely manner.
Manage mail merge processes and track acknowledgement status in Salesforce.
Support stewardship activities by helping the development team personalize acknowledgement letters & donor-facing messages.
Adhere to ECFA guidelines and government regulations for reporting and receipt of donations
Communicate with and assist volunteers & donors with various needs related to their giving (giving history, acknowledgements, volunteer documentation, payment methods)

Work closely with the Development Team on strategies for donor cultivation based on analysis of activity and trends within donor data
