Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automation tools from existing internal databases and from Bonterra/Apricot, to enhance data accessibility. Perform quality assurance checks on client and service data in program databases, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and data security standards while maintaining confidentiality. Training and Technical Assistance Provide training to staff on internal program database systems, data entry procedures, and reporting tools. Respond to staff inquiries regarding data systems and resolve technical issues. Monitor compliance with data requirements, deliver feedback and technical support, as needed. Reporting and Visualization Design reports, dashboards and visual tools to communicate data insights to stakeholders effectively. Collaborate with leadership to produce reports for grant proposals, funders, and internal monitoring. Analytics and Strategic Support Assist with the analysis of data trends to inform organizational strategy and performance improvements. Support new grant and contract awards by integrating any new data and outcomes into appropriate program databases.
