Work with a world class team to provide enterprise-wide, Oracle DatabaseAdministration support for production systems and provide DBA services to application development teams, including database design, database generation, coding, and database production support. Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. The position requires working with development and support teams, supporting the full life cycle of MySQL databases from implementation, database management and maintenance, troubleshooting, process improvements, and automation to ensure the database infrastructure meets the reliability, scalability, and SLA requirements. This position also requires coaching and mentoring other team members regarding the databaseadministration, migration and support activities. Candidate should have Cloud experience. **Responsibilities**
Responsibilities include providing Production databaseadministration support. This includes
installing & Configuring the MySQL enterprise databases, migrating the data from other RDBMS to MySQL, database management, routine maintenance, proactive monitoring & corrective actions, reactive troubleshooting & remediation, technical currency - version & patch maintenance, security - password & encryption, defining and implementing standards and best practices, installing and maintaining replication, process improvement ideas & implementation, automating for self healing and reducing manual tasks, and creating documentation.
Other responsibilities include performance & Tuning of databases, creating documentation, Monitor and optimize performance of the database, plan for backup and recovery of the database, and allocate system storage and plan future storage needs.
The databaseadministrator will work on both Linux & Windows on premises and OCI cloud based MySQL databases. The candidate should be able to create database-related scripts and programs, Research, evaluate, test, and recommend new or improved MySQL and database tools.
The databaseadministrator will be part of oncall rotation, and should be able to work after hours and weekends on an as need basis. The databaseadministrator will also coach and mentor other team members to upskill them on the tools and tasks of the MySQL databaseadministration

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Graph Database Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co-Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. You will own the planetary-scale encrypted graph database layer that powers relationship-rich workloads - DeFi composability graphs, sovereign identity, KAG knowledge graphs, agentic AI memory, and cross-chain dependency tracking - delivering 0.4 μs encrypted traversals at 1 B+ TPS with full FHE and zk-proof guarantees across 10,000+ DePIN shards.

• Design production graph schemas hitting 0.4 μs encrypted query latency at 1 B+ TPS
• Build DAG-backed storage model eliminating redundancy and enabling topological proofs
