The Administrator is responsible for the oversight and overall operation of the facility, including the control, utilization, and conservation of its physical and financial assets. The Administrator serves as the direct supervisor of all Leadership and Senior Staff members, ensuring the facility adheres to all regulatory, ethical, and legal standards applicable to its service delivery.

Prepares reports necessary to assist in developing policies and procedures that ensure the capability of the facility to provide adequate and appropriate services to persons served and stakeholders.
Maintains a written manual that defines policies and procedures and is reviewed annually and revised/updated as indicated.
Actively participates and leads preparation for accreditation and regulatory surveys and involves Leadership in Continuous Quality Improvement.
Promotes a positive and cooperative relationship with the community at large.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education
The Purchase Youth Village Administrator will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's in a human service field, including:
Social Work
Psychology
Counseling
Education
Other human service-related fields related to working with families and children
With a Bachelor's, minimum of four years of supervisory experience.
Preference is Master's Degree
