Internal Systems & Operations Research
Manage and maintain internal cloud-based tracking tools (currently housed in Airtable) to ensure proper program tracking and communication of key information across various teams and departments.
Collaborate with program managers and team members to understand their needs and wants from tracking tools and systems, and work to develop tools to suit those needs.
Research improvements to client service, operational effectiveness, and program service design
Retrieve data (including utilization, financials, and other program key performance indicators), analyze data, prepare reports, to ensure program integrity is upheld
Assist with managing and designing Leased Housing SharePoint and work with the Quality Control and Rental Assistance Program teams to maintain with updated documentation and information.
