How You Will Make an Impact
Administer and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps environments.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and cloud resource provisioning to support stable, secure, and scalable operations.
Automate environment builds and administrative tasks using ARM templates, Terraform, Azure CLI, and PowerShell.
Manage identity and security controls within Entra ID and ensure compliance with cloud governance standards.
Monitor system health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to proactively resolve performance issues and reduce downtime.
Support ERP-related deployments, environment refreshes, and cross-functional collaboration with development and functional teams.

7+ years of experience in cloud, ERP, or infrastructure administration.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, permissions, integrations, and build/release management.
Administration experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (environment management, DMF, user setup).
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and environment provisioning.
Experience deploying and managing Azure resources using ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure CLI.
Solid understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) identity, roles, and access management.
Ability to diagnose and resolve deployment failures and environment-related issues.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Position Summary
The Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, security, and optimization of the college's database systems. The DBA ensures the availability, reliability, integrity, and performance of all database resources that support institutional applications, reporting, analytics, and enterprise services. This position plays a critical role in data governance, compliance, and institutional effectiveness, working closely with system administrators, application developers, and functional departments to deliver high-quality, reliable database solutions that enable student success and operational excellence.

Database Administration & Operations
* Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, and PostgreSQL.
* Monitor and maintain database health, availability, and performance to meet service-level agreements.
* Implement and manage database backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery compliance.
* Develop scripts and tools to automate database tasks and optimize workflows.
* Manage database storage, capacity planning, and resource allocation to support institutional growth.

Security & Compliance
* Implement and enforce database security policies, standards, and access controls.
* Apply patches and monitor for vulnerabilities to maintain secure database environments.
* Ensure compliance with FERPA, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other applicable data privacy and security regulations.
