DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the culinary team to manage food & recipe data within the recipe management system and maintain data accuracy from the Point of Sale. Drive ongoing food, beverage and recipe, yield and costing validation.
Partner with the Food & Beverage team to execute Point of Sale database updates. Prepare and validate weekly updates prior to sending to IT department for implementation onboard the ships. Verify changes and cost initiative changes derived from the business.
Perform validation testing against data provided by the Data Warehouse. Work with shipboard and shoreside team members to correct any data issues.
Assist with maintenance and setup of the restaurant reservation and table management system.
Assist with application enhancement user acceptance testing for point of sale, purchasing system, reservation, and table management system.
Research and troubleshoot any inaccuracies within the application systems that may impact reports used by the Operations team.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1-year experience with database management. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
