The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the development, administration, and execution of data management systems supporting the CRAFT enterprise.
Serve as the central data subject matter expert (SME) responsible for data governance, security, integration, classification, and accessibility across all CRAFT sites.
Working in close coordination with the CRAFT Program Office, CPMs, Site Leads, Domain Leads, PASO, CC, and data analysts, shall ensure accurate, secure, and user-friendly systems are in place for enterprise-wide data capture, analysis, and reporting.
Administer all enterprise-wide data management platforms including the CRAFT system of record, scheduling software, SharePoint, and related tools. Responsibilities include user access control, account creation, role and permission settings, development and implementation of Unique Identifier Codes (UIC), onboarding of new users, and training support for administrative users.
Lead the day-to-day data operations across the CRAFT enterprise, ensuring data is accurately entered, properly classified, securely stored, and retrieved in compliance with HIPAA, PII, and Air Force cybersecurity regulations. Monitor access controls, usage, and user compliance.
Collaborate with developers and programmer analysts to support the creation of dashboards, workflow automation, and other enhancements that increase usability, integration, visualization, and performance of CRAFT data tools.

Maintain oversight of data-related assets including software licenses, lease contracts, warranties, and safeguard access credentials and other Government-approved database documentation.
Support travel to other CRAFT sites or locations without current CRAFT programs to provide onsite or virtual database support, deepen understanding of operational needs, and assist with data-related onboarding or expansion.
Complete all required CRAFT compliance training and documentation, including CRAFT Program Familiarization, HPO Inappropriate Relationships and Harassment Training and Acknowledgment, DOD/DISA Information Systems Policy, social media Policy, and PII Training. Maintain records of training completion and credentialing for Government review upon request.

Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with five years of professional experience, including four years performing tasks related to ESI Processing or upgrading and integrating technical systems.- Knowledge of file manipulation applications, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry.- Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (i.e., Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell).- Must be willing to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator credential within 6 months of hire.- Must have experience working within a network environment supporting an eDiscovery platform.- Must have experience in Performing eDiscovery application system maintenance, upgrades, and day-to-day administration.- Must have three years of experience designing, administering, maintaining, and updating databases.- Must be familiar with government network operating environment standards and security requirements.
Ideally, you will also have:- 10+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery teams with SQL DBA requirements.- Technical certifications or other pertinent graduate degrees preferred.- Technology-assisted review experience is a plus.
