General Description:

The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator must have the ability to identify inconsistencies between the physical manufacture of product and the manufacturing documentation pertaining to the manufacture of product and work with all applicable parties to resolve inconsistencies in an impartial manner so that a common manufacture process is documented and followed. This individual will be responsible for the input of the product manufacture information into the designated software configuration management system; therefore, proficient computer skills are required. The position requires strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail. The Manufacturing Process Data Collection Administrator interacts with people in all levels of the organization; therefore, good communication skills are also required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain company software manufacturing configuration.
Ensure the complete collection and implementation of company materials that do not currently exist, or have been updated, into the designated software system

Position Summary:
The Database Administrator is responsible for administering, testing, and implementing computer database system(s) as assigned, and coordinating changes to the database system(s) as needed. Duties and Responsibilities
* Designs and architects database systems, data models, integrations, and automation scripts based on evolving business and technical requirements, with a current focus on Structured Query Language (SQL) Server and an eye toward future cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) data services.
* Develops and implements secure data ingestion pipelines; evaluates and selects appropriate tools and technologies aligned with organizational standards and goals.
* Manages and maintains database upgrades, patches, migrations, and installations in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring security best practices and enabling enhanced business functionality.
* Monitors database performance and interfaces, prioritizes and remediates incidents based on urgency and impact, and optimizes configurations for scalability and efficiency.
* Develops and executes comprehensive backup and recovery strategies to protect critical data and ensure system resiliency.
* Creates and maintains detailed operational documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, change logs, security configurations, technical specifications, and knowledge base references.
* Performs all other duties and tasks as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Three (3) of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Database Administrator, Data Engineer, or in a related role.
Strong experience managing Microsoft SQL Server databases, including performance tuning, high availability configurations, and backup and recovery strategies.
Experience with cloud-native database services, including Amazon RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, and other NoSQL technologies.
