Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of the Menu Database, the Recipe Database Technician is responsible for migrating, managing, and maintaining instructional recipe content across regional databases. This role ensures operational consistency while accounting for regional differences, supports testing and content updates, and executes projects with precision and strong time management. This includes travel both domestically and internationally.Recipe & Database Management: Translate & migrate all recipes and instructions from the primary database to a new, region-specific database. Translations will be done from English to Spanish. Identify, document, and accommodate operational differences between regions. Convert and adapt recipes as needed for regional compatibility (ingredient sourcing, measurements, equipment, language, etc.). Maintain and manage all recipes within a regional recipe database and instructional library, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Create clear project outlines and execute them within set timelines.
