Scope of Job

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Manages the First Time Donor Process through pulling statements and mailing lists for first gift statements, first gift letter, second gift letter, and potentially a third gift letter. This process includes running reports for annual gifts, donations, designations, recurring gifts, and active sponsorship names, printing the daily/weekly monthly statements and pulling mailing lists. Imports relevant data gathered from emails, thank you notes, and other applicable correspondence into donor database. Responsible for printing monthly statements/letters.
