Over the last seven years, we have built guided experiences that SPs and Support Associates use to get quick, accurate resolution when they encounter problems. We now have 67 self-service and 49 Associate Workflows in 21 marketplaces, translated into 34 languages, covering 55% of Seller issues, used 138MM times in 2024. In 2024, our team eliminated 10MM Seller contacts by automating resolution to their problems without requiring an Associate. We also eliminated nearly 1500 defects in our production experiences, reducing handle time and case re-open rates. Over the next three years, we are reinventing what types of solutions that we develop, aligning with upstream experience teams on those experiences we believe they should take over from our team and deprecating the experiences we have built, and creating a GenAI-based set of solution building tools. In this role you will be driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams. You will interact with a broad cross section of the Amazon organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective technical solutions between development and business teams. The Project Manager will work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to understand and manage project requirements, scope, timelines, and budget, while communicating project status to stakeholders and management Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for on-time, in-scope and in-budget delivery of projects and leading multiple complex project teams Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project including scope definition, project plan development, resource capacity allocation, project execution and post-mortems facilitation Perform in the role of a scrum master across one or more project teams Conduct daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demo and sprint retrospectives Work with the product development team to understand and manage project requirements, scope, timelines and budget Provide clear reporting of project status across all projects including timelines, milestone tracking, issue identification, and resource management Identify and communicates resource constraints and potential priority conflicts to assist the organization in evaluating and reprioritizing deadlines Conduct Portfolio Reviews that provide executive leadership with progress and risk assessments against project objectives and key results, portfolio and project health, and resource utilization Apply analytics and critical thinking to identify team inefficiencies and risk areas and implement projects or processes to streamline and improve operations Experience and Skills: Proven track record in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing large-scale technology projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and consultants.
