About the role
The Places Team at Cloudflare is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Operations Manager to lead and elevate the day-to-day operations of our brand-new New York office. About Us: Our Data Center Infrastructure team is the backbone of our operations, providing the critical physical infrastructure that supports our Oracle Core Financial tools and other essential business systems. Job Summary: The ERP Asset Management Specialist will be a pivotal member of our Data Center Infrastructure team, responsible for overseeing the comprehensive asset management lifecycle of all physical infrastructure components that support our Oracle Core Financial tools. This role requires deep expertise in managing the asset management and maintenance management modules within our ERP system. Acting as a central support resource and system expert, this specialist will bridge the gap between our network deployment engineers and technicians-who plan and execute all infrastructure work-and the broader ERP ecosystem and financial teams. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory, optimize asset utilization, and drive efficiency through robust data management and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Module Management & Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert for the asset management and maintenance management modules within our Oracle Core Financials ERP system.
Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of these modules to accurately track and manage data center physical assets.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the ERP ecosystem.
Physical Asset Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the complete lifecycle of data center physical assets, including servers, storage, networking equipment, rack PDUs, patch panels, structured cabling, UPSs, and other supporting infrastructure.
Maintain and update the asset management system with accurate records from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Track detailed physical locations (site, cabinet, U position), configurations, and relationships of all IT and supporting infrastructure assets.
Support & Collaboration:
Provide central support and technical assistance to network deployment engineers and technicians, ensuring accurate asset recording and adherence to asset management policies during planning and execution of work.
Act as the primary liaison between the Data Center Infrastructure team and other ERP-related teams (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT Service Management) to ensure consistent data, processes, and reporting.
Develop and deliver training and documentation for asset management policies, procedures, and system usage to relevant stakeholders.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate comprehensive reports on asset status, utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle for management review and decision-making.
Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of physical assets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends, evaluate the efficiency of departmental practices, and recommend improvements for asset utilization and cost control.
Maintenance & Compliance:

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or data center operations within an enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience managing asset management and/or maintenance management modules within a major ERP system (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure management (DCIM) principles and practices.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ERP asset management and maintenance management functionalities.
Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle management principles.
Familiarity with hardware and software asset tracking tools and inventory software.
Knowledge of data center hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment) and their configurations.
Ability to analyze complex data and generate detailed reports.
Soft Skills:

Public Policy at Cloudflare

What You'll Do
We are looking for an intern for a six-month period to help support our European Public Policy team, based in Brussels. The start date for this role is foreseen on 9 March, 2026.
The responsibilities of the intern will consist of working day-to-day with the European Public Policy team across a wide range of work streams and projects including:
Help the Public Policy team to maintain internal knowledge databases, draft EU stakeholder maps and support with issue tracking
Support the team in evaluating EU policy and legislative developments, and support work to understand the impact on Cloudflare across its full product set, including attending relevant events (for instance in the European Parliament and conferences) and providing internal updates to the Public Policy team

The position will require an active, self-starting individual with an academic background, a knowledge of and a curiosity for our business, in particular cyber security, connectivity/telecoms, content policy and privacy issues. Some prior work or internship experience within a (technology) company or association, and/or within the EU institutions working on relevant policy topics will be an asset. Perfect knowledge of English as a working language (written & oral) is required. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Requirements
Senior Information Security Experience: Possess over 7 years in Information Security roles, with at least 5 years in leading incident response and/or security operations teams.

The Customer Success Team resolves complex issues and answers technical inquiries across various channels, supporting users from individual bloggers to global enterprises. At Cloudflare, Technical Account Managers (TAMs) provide high-level support, ensuring a seamless customer experience. What you'll do
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) owns the post-contract support experience for Cloudflare's top Enterprise customers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical challenges. As the primary technical contact, the TAM manages support interactions, escalations, and proactively advocates for customer needs. Collaborating with Customer Success and Account teams, they provide recommendations aligned with customer roadmaps and technical requirements.
Success in this role requires strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of Layer 3 and 4 networking. TAMs specializing in Network Services work closely with customers to optimize their Cloudflare configurations and address key support needs.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary technical support contact.
Maintain a cooperative relationship with all cross-functional resources, such as product, engineering, and customer account teams comprising Account Executives, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partners throughout every sales phase.
Collaborate with the Account Team, as well as Engineering and Product, to help ensure high customer satisfaction by providing world-class dedicated support throughout the entire life of the customer partnership.
Provide product and engineering teams with customer feedback to help identify Support challenges and opportunities.
Have a holistic and dynamic view of customer's environment and use of Cloudflare products, including the customer deployment topology, expert resolution for all support issues, and proactive advice for long-term improvements.
Create and deliver Quarterly Support Reviews including SLA adherence, top ticket drivers, ticket deep dives, and incident reviews.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Ability to work one weekend every quarter.
Proactively engage with the account team during strategic deal closure and throughout the lifecycle of the customer.
Point of escalation during business hours, and backup point of escalation for Cloudflare TAMs in other regions during their off hours.
Understand client sentiment, own internal and customer facing escalations, and provide product support.
Ensure support tickets are solved in a timely manner.
Maintain and expand working technical knowledge of Cloudflare products.
Single threaded owner of technical support issues, working with backend teams as needed.

What You'll Do
As a WAF Application Security Expert, you'll focus on researching, designing, and improving detection logic and rules that protect customer applications from the latest web threats.

What You Bring

Key Relationships
Reports to the Head of Product Solutions Architecture. Partners closely with all Technical Solutions teams (Product Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Post Sales, Support Engineering) and other internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, People & Recruiting, and more.

What You'll Do:
Leadership: Demonstrate Datadog's platform as well as thought leadership in Observability and Security, emphasizing our advanced solutions, industry best practices, and dedication to providing organizations with superior visibility and management of their at scale environments.
Advisory: Be a trusted advisor to Sales leaders as well as customer and prospect executives on ROI, value realization and white-space analysis. Assist with opportunity and adoption strategy for individual customers within their vertical of expertise.
GTM: Identifies industry specific trends and their impact and potential during Customers engagements, feeding the top-of-funnel for Product, GTM, BVA and Architecture teams. Co-create industry solutions via collaboration with Product SAs and Product Management.
C-Level: Strategically guide CIO/CTO/CEO/CISO-level customer and prospect executives in rationalizing their adoption journey, investment and operationalizing of observability.
Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Solutions Architecture (PSA), Sales, Sales Engineering and Marketing in providing high-quality technical resources to a broad audience of practitioners and economic buyers.
Presentations: Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how Datadog meets the needs of strategic customers. Participate in Executive Brief conversations in Datatadog's Executive Briefing Center (EBC) with high profile customers and prospects about overall architecture, Observability Best Practices and industry trends.
Hiring: Assist leadership in recruiting and hiring of top talent for the Product Solutions Architecture and Field CTO teams.
Who You Are:
Industry Experience: Strong experience of at least 10+ years with Enterprise architecture or Application architecture at scale and ability to map architectures to real world use cases, coupled with deep knowledge of the observability space, cloud, and technological shifts for customers, preferably with emphasis on the Media and Entertainment industry in the AMER region.
Strategic Thinker: Able to think long term and creatively about a wide variety of technical and business challenges
Stakeholder Management: Experienced in interacting and influencing key stakeholders (VP+ and C level) in large Enterprise organizations
Technologist: Hands-on technologist who gains credibility and establishes strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Presenter: Excellent customer-facing presentation skills for large audiences, comfortable discussing complex technical details as well as with briefing executives or non-technical personas.
Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to link product functionality to business objectives, value realization and ROI.
Travel: Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 50% of the time
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred

Requirements for this role
First and foremost curiosity and critical thinking
Experience (and love for) debugging complex distributed systems
Experience with a continuous integration workflow and using source control (we use git)
Experience with build and maintain distributed systems
Understanding of what it takes to build secure systems
Ability to work in multiple systems level programming languages - bonus points for Go and/or Rust
Experience with monitoring, alerting and debugging high volume production systems
