Not much. You only have a positive experience if you are friends with the CEO
Senior leadership has no idea what is going on in the company. They discriminate against females or keep them around as eye candy. Datamark is a boys club. The CEO walks around making racist comments. They lose contracts continuously and have not won a contract in near 4 years. The VP of Sales had an affair with a girl in finance and neither of them were terminated, instead they were promoted. He has no previous sales experience. Most people in their positions are not qualified. The company is simply trying to fill seats. Sales will lie to future clients and embellish the capabilities of the systems in place when they are non existent or simply not ready. There are no trainings or systems in place for continued education. Job security does not exist. You can be terminated at any moment. The HR director used to be the executive admin so as I stated, no one is qualified to be in their positions. You just have to be friends with the CEO. Any confidential HR forms related to pay increases/terminations processed by the Business Systems team are gossiped about throughout the technology team by the manager and his employee. People will know who is getting paid what or when someone is being fired before they even know. Instead of hiring more people, the company just consolidates responsibilities and hands off to the remaining team members. There is only one competent software developer for the entire company of 30+ projects in the US, Mexico, and India. Instead of traveling around in the company private jet and treating SMT to fancy retreats, they should pay their employees better.
Nepotism
The CEO is racist. He continuously mocks the Indian and Mexican accents of his team.
Completely remove senior leadership and start over. Hire more people to complete the teams so people don’t have to work more with little pay.
I am qualified and had the skills related to the job.
They will discriminate against you if you are female. You need to document every pay discussion and fight for what you deserve.
It is a boys club here.
I work for my pay then go home.
Inclusive work environment
Limited career opportunities
Healthcare and retirement
I like that I can speak to the people that are higher up in the company and they legitimately care about what I have to say. I really feel I am doing something more than just showing up every day to an 8 - 5 job and I honestly do feel I am going somewhere in my career.
Since there is so much to do around here I feel that there is a staff shortage overall.
I enjoy the food when we have events! other than my other favorite thing is the PTO that they give you if you are planning on going on a missionary trip somewhere or want to volunteer out in the community.
I learned so much not only in terms of the medical field but also helped improved my social skills immensly.
I didnt like the fact it was a call center and i had to be in a cubicule all day long.
