Basic Job Duties: ➢ Maintain Datamax delivery records and notes. ➢ Maintain equipment return Records, along with manage spreadsheet and storage records. ➢ Scheduling Equipment Returns Via Shipping company ➢ Keep used Equipment and Database up to date for Wholesale/Used/Scrap ➢ Merge used equipment into Datamax operating system. ➢ Keep Open Order Report up to Date with the new Sales that come in. ➢ Keep Rental equipment stocked in our Wearhouse and remote storage locations. ➢ Scheduling Deliveries (Working with Manager & Supervisor Confirming with Customer Delivery dates and times) ➢ Unbox new Equipment and updating customer records. ➢ Operate Forklift and pallet jack. ➢ Able to work overtime if or when needed. ➢ Additionally, candidates should be capable of moving heavy equipment weighing from 75 pounds and maintain a clean driving record.
