ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Warehouse Associate Level 2 will be responsible for scheduling deliveries, stocking rental equipment, maintaining return records, updating the database, and more! In this position, you will communicate with managers, sales reps, and the general public. You will be required to communicate effectively, be technically proficient, and be able to accomplish tasks with a high sense of accuracy and urgency. The ability to multi-task and effectively problem-solve while remaining calm under pressure is key. Basic Job Duties: ➢ Maintain Datamax delivery records and notes. ➢ Maintain equipment return Records, along with manage spreadsheet and storage records. ➢ Scheduling Equipment Returns Via Shipping company ➢ Keep used Equipment and Database up to date for Wholesale/Used/Scrap ➢ Merge used equipment into Datamax operating system. ➢ Keep Open Order Report up to Date with the new Sales that come in. ➢ Keep Rental equipment stocked in our Wearhouse and remote storage locations. ➢ Scheduling Deliveries (Working with Manager & Supervisor Confirming with Customer Delivery dates and times) ➢ Unbox new Equipment and updating customer records. ➢ Operate Forklift and pallet jack. ➢ Able to work overtime if or when needed. ➢ Additionally, candidates should be capable of moving heavy equipment weighing from 75 pounds and maintain a clean driving record. Assumes project manager responsibilities as assigned. * Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development. * Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required: * High School Graduate or equivalent (GED). * Associates degree with a Technical focus and 7 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 10 years of experience in specific industry. * Proficiency in predictive technologies including vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment. * Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs. * Must be able to use hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate. * May be required to travel. * Six Sigma experience desired.
