Jeff Kinsey is Chief Technology Officer at Dataminr. Prior to co-founding Dataminr in 2009,]eff worked as a Software Engineer at The University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he developed research software for the study and modeling of the micro-behaviors of language comprehension. Additionally, he was a Consulting Engineer at Market & Research Systems, where he built custom CRM and database tools for enterprise clients. Before UMASS,Jeff developed computational emulators of the human language acquisition process, leveraging large behavioral data sets.Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from Yale University, with a focus on computational linguistics. He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Whitney Benner is the Chief HR Officer for Cision. In her role, Whitney is responsible for developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Whitney was previously Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PR Newswire, where she set and implemented Human Resource strategy in support of the company’s overall business objectives. Before Whitney joined PR Newswire, she held human resources leadership roles at Medialink and MJI Broadcasting. Whitney holds a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.

Jen Jones is the Chief Marketing Officer for Dataminr, a global AI business and the leading platform for real-time event and risk detection. She oversees Dataminr’s global brand, marketing and corporate communications efforts, including brand strategy and design, customer marketing, demand generation, product marketing, marketing analytics and operations, and regional marketing. Prior to joining Dataminr in 2019, Jen was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing at Cision, where she helped to lead go-to-market efforts supporting the company’s vision of empowering communications professionals through data-based storytelling. She also served as Oracle’s Director of Industry Product Marketing for both the Marketing Cloud group and the CX Applications group.
