Jeremy is a data scientist-turned-entrepreneur. In his current role as CEO, Jeremy sets the direction of the company and products, as well as the culture. He’s considered a data science thought leader, and spends significant time traveling to the world’s largest organizations to speak about practicing data science at scale. Previously, he was Director of Research and Modeling at Travelers Insurance, where he built predictive models for pricing, retention, conversion, elasticity, lifetime value, customer behavior, claims and much more. A true data science enthusiast, Jeremy even spends his spare time building predictive models, usually on the data science competition platform Kaggle.com. Jeremy studied Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Statistics at University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Tom De Godoy is a CTO & Co-Founder at DataRobot.

Tom has more than 10 years of experience as a data science leader, building and implementing predictive models. As CTO of DataRobot, Tom projects the vision of the company by directing its strategic technology investments. Before DataRobot, Tom was Senior Director of Research and Modeling at Travelers Insurance, where he managed a team of data scientists. Tom has been ranked as high as 20th in the world on the data science competition platform Kaggle.com, which has more than 500,000 registered data scientists. Tom has his master’s degree in Mathematics, and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.

Tom Levey is a Tech Evangelist at AppDynamics in EMEA. Tom is responsible for promoting best practices of application performance and has spent the past 7 years helping organisations to build robust APM technology strategies. He is an adrenaline junky who loves speed and hopes one day all applications will be able to keep up.

Andrew is a globally-experienced certified Information Security executive and Board Advisor with a track record of success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. His experience ranges from building Information Security groups from the ground up as well as improving mature systems to better find and manage vulnerabilities and develop streamlined reporting to provide executive insight into data risks. He thrives on transitioning reactive information security environments into a culture where proactive prevention of information security risk is the norm.Andrew holds over 18 years of experience in the banking, financial services, and healthcare industries. He is experienced in all facets of IT/IS Security & Risk Management including acquisitions and disaffiliations, and has a track record of developing and implementing security strategies from inception through execution. In addition to his corporate experience, Andrew has also served on the executive boards for international conferences and advised government agencies on information security subjects. Andrew skill set includes Security Risk Management, Security Program Development, Risk Assessment Methodologies, Application and Infrastructure reviews, Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR), Security Training and Awareness, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Audit and Regulatory Compliance, Mainframe, New Technology Research and Implementation, Application Security, Project Management (PM), Change Management (CM), Cloud Adoption Frameworks, and Cloud Security. Additionally, he comes from an IT background, which allows him to understand business requirements outside of the security environment and collaboratively create solutions that work for the business.Andrew’s regulatory compliance experience includes FSA, PRA, FDIC, ISO 27K, COBIT, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GLBA, Mass 201 CMR 17.00, SOX 404.SAMA, and NYDFS.

Damon Fletcher serves as CFO of DataRobot, where he oversees all global aspects of DataRobot’s financial operations. Fletcher has twenty years of leadership experience at the intersection of technology and finance, most recently as CFO for Tableau, where he helped navigate the company’s shift to a subscription-based model, leading to over $1 billion in revenue. In June 2019, Fletcher was instrumental in Tableau’s acquisition by Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) for $15.7 billion in stock.

Prior to joining Tableau in January 2014, Fletcher worked with some of the fastest-growing public companies in the world as a certified public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Elise Cole serves as CPO of DataRobot, where she is responsible for all global people functions for a diverse workforce of over 1,300 employees across 29 countries. Cole has worked at the nexus of people, legal, and business strategy across multiple industries. As VP & Deputy General Counsel at Cisco, Cole led a global legal team supporting the Sales and Marketing organization. Prior to Cisco, she served as General Counsel at AppDynamics and was the executive sponsor for the company’s people-related strategic initiatives, developing and implementing people programs globally.
