I thought the Pros of working at Cincinnati Public Schools were the diverse staff and great benefits.
The cons of working at CPS were the lack of training for any task and the disorganization of any project.
My favorite perk of working for CPS was the Benefits were excellent.
What I liked best about the Administers at CPS was their heart for the student in the district.
I would improve the company culture of CPS by providing training and building up employees to become more than what they come in with.
I prepare for an interview with CPS by doing my homework and learning about the districts history.
I enjoy watching my students grow and recognize their own academic potential.
CPS doesn't offer room to grow without starting all the way over from the bottom.
