Position Purpose:
The Plant Associate will ensure all waste is unloaded from vehicles, the vehicles are decontaminated, and waste is properly staged for scanning and processing. The individual will perform the duties in a safe and productive manner.

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles. Separates non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated
• Stage waste on conveyor system or properly stack waste for scanning in the Biotrack system

Position Purpose:
Pay Rate: $22.75/Hour and it is paid on the bi-weekly basis. Overtime (OT) is offered based on business needs and is paid time and-a-half after 40 hours of work per week.
Driver must have a good experience backing a truck as we maneuver in very tight areas.
Daily uniforms and working boots are provided free of charge.
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday. The shift starts at 6:30am and drivers work 4 days per week between 10 to 11 hours per day without exceeding 11 hours of driving per DOT compliance. Three (3) days off.

The equipment to operate/drive is a 26-Foot box truck.
This is a TOUCH-FREIGHT position. Box trucks need to be loaded, adjusted, and secured.
The Shred-it Route Driver is responsible for providing industry-leading levels of service to clients while taking care of all customer document destruction needs, including transporting supplies and materials, safely and in accordance with company policy and all local and federal laws. This involves loading and unloading the delivery vehicle and ensuring that all cargo is safely secured before transport.
Key Job Activities:
• Performs onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information
• Performs pre/post-trip checks, and driver check-in on the assigned truck, prior to leaving or closing for the day.
• Reports maintenance issues to Transportation/Dispatcher for follow-up.
• Operates company equipment in a safe and efficient manner in an effort to minimize the risk of injury and equipment damage.
• Complies with all local, state, and federal laws governing driver fitness and hours of service.

What you'll do:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
The Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide (QMA or CMA) assists with administering medications to residents as directed by the physician, nurse supervisor, and Director of Nursing (DON). Additionally, this role assists residents with activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
The Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide sets up, administers, and records certain prescribed medications for residents in the facility under the supervision of a licensed nurse and as allowed by State regulatory agencies.
Practice the five rights of medication administration within the scope of your role.
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
Properly label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
Qualifications
Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing with the state.

Knowledge of safety procedures and practices
Must be able to provide own tools.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for transporting waste from a Stericycle location or customer location, to another Stericycle transfer location or processing location. All Company assigned vehicles are equipped with camera telematics which include inside and outside cameras. In addition, all vehicles are equipped with ELD (electronic logging device) and GPS (global positioning system).
Key Job Activities:
Manages assigned routes ensuring that waste is transported in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
Responsible for picking up and transporting waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Follows routing software route schedule
Plans daily schedule based on Stericycle or customer needs by reviewing daily paperwork, e.g., manifest, route sheets, previous VCR, etc. provided by Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher.
Communicates any issues to Transportation Manager/Supervisor and/or Dispatcher for resolution.
Ensures load is secured and placarded if required prior to operating vehicle on public highway.
May require loading and securing material or unloading truck at various customer sites.
Must be able to push/pull light or heavy objects.
Ensures that assigned paperwork is completed legibly, neatly, accurately, and completely and returned to Transportation Manager/Supervisor or Dispatcher, at the time of debriefing, for processing.
Communicates with Stericycle Transportation Manager/Supervisor and/or Dispatcher regarding any change to pickups. Driver is expected to provide the highest level of customer service at all times. Reports any problems/issues with accounts to the Transportation Manager/Supervisor and/or Dispatcher before the close of business each day.
Performs a documented pre-trip inspection on vehicles prior to leaving yard to commence route. Performs a documented post-trip inspection on vehicles prior to being debriefed for the day. Reports any maintenance problems to Transportation Manager/Supervisor and/or Dispatcher for follow-up. Ensures all defects have been corrected prior to operating the vehicles again. Use of ELD (electronic logging device) and Geotab to log hours per DOT guidelines.

1+ Years of Experience driving tractor trailer required. Previous route experience a plus.

Position Purpose:
Under direction of facility leadership, the Maintenance Technician perform all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on all buildings and grounds and all plant machinery and equipment.

Autoclave process equipment/systems maintenance, including controls, Process Logic Controllers (PLC), combustion air blowers, pressure controls and conveyance systems.
Air pollution control devices, air cooled condensers, spray condensers, recirculating systems, and carbon beds.
Various Pumps and related components.
Hydraulic systems including hoses, valves, and cylinders.
pH control and chemical injection
Fire tube boiler and ancillary equipment, steam delivery systems, water softeners and other water treatment equipment, air handling equipment, commercial washers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and conveyor systems.
Electrical generator systems.
General air pneumatics, including air compressor, regulators, solenoid valves, 2-way and 3-way valve, tubing installation, pneumatic pumps and related systems.
General plumbing including but not limited to hard piping, CPVC/PVC, copper, black pipe
Performs light electrical maintenance on all plant equipment to include 480V/ 240V/ 120V/ 24V powers systems. PLC, robotics troubleshooting and 4 to 20 milliamp control loop systems.
Light to heavy fabrication, demonstrating proficient welding (arc/mig/tig); acetylene torch; plasma cutting; grinding cuttings skills.
Assists Facility/Maintenance Manager by performing general work or other assignments necessary to ensure a safe, clean, healthy, and efficient facility and vigorously support Stericycle's commitment to Safety.
Documents results through completed work orders or in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) based on schedule and priority or as required.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Stays current on all required safety training.

Marketing Statement
Under the general direction of the Chief, Lieutenants and Sergeants, the Public Safety Officer Recruit is a principal agent responsible for proactively carrying out the functions of the Philadelphia Housing Authority Public Safety Department. These responsibilities include:
Protecting life and property, preserving the peace and good order in the community, and furnishing a variety of services to the residents of the Philadelphia Housing Authority
Cultivating relationships within the development community which includes the very youngest, to the most elderly, for the purpose of facilitating a positive experience between the community and the Philadelphia Housing Authority
Liaising with development resident leadership to understand safety and order issues of concern to residents
Engaging in a positive manner with residents and management workers to establish relations of trust with Public Safety and police
Engaging in problem-solving activities that will increase resident and management perceptions of security in the development; recommending specific improvements that will support that objective
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma from a Department of Education recognized institution or a GED is required; Must meet all requirements of the Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Commission (Act 120) within six months of employment.

Licenses, Regulations and/or Certification Requirements
Possession of a valid proper class motor vehicle operator's license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to appointment and during tenure of employment. Act 120 certification must be maintained throughout employment.
Physical Job Requirements
Ability to perform frequent physical activities such as stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, crouching, reaching above shoulder level, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and grasping.
Responsibilities
Enforcing all federal, state and local laws, statutes and ordinances
Patrolling the community by foot, automobile, bicycle or fixed post in a conspicuous manner as a proactive measure for the deterrence of crime and the protection of life and property in and around Philadelphia Housing Authority sites
Investigating all persons, vehicles and situations which are deemed to be suspicious based upon training and experience
Constantly monitoring and inspecting residential sites in order to identify and report any hazardous or suspicious conditions
Apprehending individuals committing unlawful acts; and, appearing in court to give testimony when required in connection with such arrests
Performing other duties as assigned

Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO)

Primary Function: Oversight of Department of Defense project safety program following the USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety Standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Reports directly to the Corporate Safety Director.
Participate in the planning and preparation of the project safety for all work activities.
Be onsite during construction activities to serve as a safety subject matter expert.
Conduct daily safety briefings and participate in a morning stretches.
Prepare for and conduct weekly safety meetings on relevant topics.
Prepare Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for review during preparatory meetings with crews and subcontractors as well as daily RED Book Reviews (daily AHA's).
Assess the site-specific safety training needs and conduct site safety training.
Conduct regular, daily safety inspections of construction areas.
Identify, document, and recommend resolutions of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions and follow through to ensure corrections are made.
Investigate personal injury and property damage accidents.
Compile data, photographs, etc.; prepare all pertinent forms and reports per Accident Prevention Plan (APP) procedures and federal, state, local client regulations.
Conduct various industrial hygiene sampling including multi gas detection, heat, air quality, and/or noise monitoring to ensure safe working conditions.
Issue various permits such as burn permits, dig permits, confined space, Lock Out/Tag Out, as required.
Assist in conducting employee/craft and Governmental inspectors on walk through tours. May accompany federal, state, or local jurisdiction inspectors on walk through tours.
Assist in emergency response as required.
Assist in maintaining all safety systems and equipment, including but not limited to fall protection, fire protection, rigging, shoring, first aid kits, gas detectors, lock/out/tag out and other safety tools/equipment.
Administer site craft safety incentives and recognition as well as training programs.
Attend monthly SSHO Committee Meetings.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements include a four-year occupational safety/health degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or industrial related safety experience including 5-10 years of construction safety experience with formal training. Thorough understanding of federal, state, local, and company regulations. Thorough understanding of environmental regulations, including but not limited to SWPP & HAZMAT. Ability to recognize hazardous situations & recommend corrective measures essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills are also required, including the ability to work as a member of a team. Should be familiar with Federal OSHA regulations and/or EM-385 regulations. Communication and computer skills required. A college degree in Safety and Health is preferred.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office and on a construction site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
Prolonged periods of standing and working outside.
Prolonged periods of sitting.
Must be able to lift to 40 pounds at times.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, overtime exempt position. Days and hours of work will depend on production schedule.
This position requires U.S. work authorization.
Salary
$110K to $140K depending on experience, plus subsistence, auto allowance, benefit package, paid holidays, PTO (Paid Time off) and sick leave.

We are seeking an experienced Geologist with a strong background in environmental site assessment and remediation to join our Southeast Regional team, with opportunities to collaborate with our National Due Diligence team. In this role, you will lead and support complex investigation and remediation projects under state and federal regulatory programs. This position offers a mix of office-based analysis and hands-on fieldwork, supporting projects in multi-family residential and commercial development as well as renewable energy initiatives. Regional work may also include environmental sampling, monitoring, agency research, and other project support. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and scientists to deliver high-quality technical work that advances client objectives and maintains compliance with Florida environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including planning, field investigations, data evaluation, and reporting.
Oversee soil, groundwater, sediment, surface water, and soil vapor sampling programs following QA/QC and Florida DEP protocols.
Manage drilling oversight, well installation, geologic logging, aquifer characterization, and hydrogeologic data collection.
Contribute to the development and refinement of conceptual site models for complex sites.
Support or lead remedy evaluation, design, and implementation-such as in-situ treatment, groundwater remediation, soil excavation, and monitored natural attenuation.
Prepare clear, defensible technical reports, site assessment summaries, maps, data tables, and regulatory submittals.
Interpret analytical results and communicate findings to project managers and clients.
Ensure adherence to health & safety requirements, including preparation of site-specific health and safety plans.
Coordinate subcontractors and provide direction to junior field staff.
Support project delivery under Florida regulatory programs (e.g., FDEP Contaminated Site Cleanup Criteria, LSSI, Petroleum Restoration Program, Brownfield Program, Hazardous Waste Program).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of professional experience in environmental site assessment, remediation, and hydrogeologic investigations.
Professional Geologist (P.G.) license in Florida preferred (or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months).
Strong working knowledge of Florida DEP rules , including Chapters 62-780, 62-777, and related regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated experience preparing technical reports and regulatory submittals for Florida programs.
Proficiency in soil and groundwater sampling techniques, well installation oversight, geologic logging, and data interpretation.
Strong understanding of contaminant fate and transport, hydrogeology, and remediation technologies.
Ability to lead fieldwork in varying environmental conditions and lift/carry equipment up to 40 lbs.
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (or ability to obtain prior to fieldwork).
Experience with GIS, CAD, or environmental data management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
