No support from executive management. Poor management style and structure. Lack of care or consideration for employees. Very low pay.
I like the environment-- it was relaxed and pleasant, I also very much enjoyed my time spent with my coworkers.
I did not enjoy the management style, whatsoever. The hours were not flexible either.

The culture is so incredibly toxic and resembles redoing high school in your 40's. Upper management didn't have a clue about the bridal business and ran it straight into the ground. They continually belittled their subordinates and pushed their failures on others.
