I like the environment-- it was relaxed and pleasant, I also very much enjoyed my time spent with my coworkers.

Cons of working at David's Bridal

I did not enjoy the management style, whatsoever. The hours were not flexible either.

My team was great, I had a lot of responsibilities and was a cross functional player in the business, which helped me to excel in my role.

Cons of working at David's Bridal

The culture is so incredibly toxic and resembles redoing high school in your 40's. Upper management didn't have a clue about the bridal business and ran it straight into the ground. They continually belittled their subordinates and pushed their failures on others.

Early Friday's in summer, but you are constantly on-call all the time. There is zero work-life balance.
