Growth & Skill Development Participate in structured training covering LMP fundamentals, curtailment strategy, grid operations, and forecasting basics. Shadow Real-Time Schedulers during morning and evening peaks. Take on increasingly complex tasks including basic modeling, forecasting, or intraday analysis as skills develop.
