Role Overview: The Interim Fund CFO will serve as a strategic finance partner to the firm's leadership, overseeing all aspects of fund-level finance and reporting. Lead or support projects related to system improvements, fund launches, and liquidity planning. Provide strategic insight to executive leadership to support fundraising, investor communication, and overall performance. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in private equity fund finance or similar investment management environment. Proven experience overseeing complex fund structures and managing third-party service providers. Strong understanding of fund accounting, GAAP/IFRS, LPAs, waterfalls, and tax considerations. Demonstrated experience interfacing directly with investors and leadership teams. CPA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
