Qualification Requirements All Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioners assigned to Correctional Facility must have the minimum experience outlined below: 1. Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years performing services similar in scope to those defined herein in a public or private institution.
2. Possess and maintain while performing services for the Correctional Facility a current and valid license issued by the Respiratory Care Board to practice respiratory care in the State of California and credential issued by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
3. Graduated from an approved respiratory therapy program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care or its predecessor, the Joint Review Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education.
4. Each Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner shall be in compliance with 8 CCR 5199 standards for both current N95 and Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) medical clearance and annual general respiratory protection training which is to include a request to repeat PLHCP clearance if they develop 1) marked immunocomprompromise or pregnancy which might require great respiratory protection than N95s provide or 2) a health condition which might limit N95 or PAPR use and completion of the annual 8 CCR 5199 Appendix G questionnaire.
5. Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner providing services to the Correctional Facility must be proficient in the English language and be able to communicate effectively with the Correctional Facility. All Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner must be able to speak, understand oral and written communication and write effectively in the English language. Any Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner who fails to meet the minimum qualifications shall not be permitted to perform services.
Service Delivery Requirements
Under the direction of the Institution CEO/CME or designee, the Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care
Practitioner shall provide services as permitted within the scope of practice for Respiratory Care Practitioner services in accordance with Institution/Facility policies and procedures. The Respiratory Care Practitioner must be able to work in conditions that require all of the following essential functions:
a. Perform care consistent with generally accepted evidence based practice;
b. Set up equipment and provide instructions for use of equipment for each patient/youth per established policy and procedure;
c. Perform complete medical evaluations of patient either during regularly scheduled clinic hours or upon request for consult by either the CEO/CME or designee and make appropriate recommendations for treatment to the referring physician, CEO/CME or designee;
d. Maintain all charting on a daily basis. Any chart remaining delinquent for more than ten (10) days could result in termination of this Temporary/Relief Respiratory Care Practitioner;
e. Aid in the development and updating of policy and procedures related to respiratory therapy;
f. Provide periodic assessment of equipment needs and recommendations;

SRBX is a 501(c)6 trade association representing the commercial construction industry with nearly 1,100 member companies. CIEF is a 501(c)3 organization working to empower youth to pursue careers in the built environment. In the 2024-2025 school year, CIEF served nearly 15,000 high school students in five states. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Shape and implement the organizations' marketing and communication strategies, aligning them with both short-term and long-term objectives
Lead the development of integrated marketing plans at the national and local levels, including digital, print, and media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create and implement operational processes and policies to promote collaboration across marketing functions and streamline decision making
Manage and direct critical marketing functions, including market research, content strategy, communications, and demand generation
Manage press releases, public relations, and earned media, ensuring a consistent and positive organizational presence in local, statewide, and national markets

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist clients in anticipating and resolving any issues associated with materials management, material inspection, and/or QA activities. Meets with appropriate project personnel to identify materials related issues and recommends solutions consistent with project documents and Quality System manuals.
Analyze material data provided by technical staff, including inspectors, in order to determine engineering solutions and provide engineering recommendations.
Provide direction to inspectors and technical staff regarding materials inspection requirements.
Maintain standards and consistency while minimizing the impact on work schedule and cost.
Provide incidental support services in claim resolutions.
Conducts engineering investigations and plans work by completing tasks which may include data collection and analysis using established procedures, performance of engineering calculations, and participation in evaluating the feasibility of alternate solutions.
Performs such other duties as the supervisor may occasionally deem necessary.
Provides leadership and mentoring for less experienced engineers.
Prepare engineering reports and statistical analysis of testing result.
Create, maintain, and deliver data evaluation reports at all levels from executive summaries to detailed performance reports.
Ensure engineering services are completed on time.
Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed to support engineering services.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Maintain a safe environment, following all applicable OSHA guidelines and Atlas practices.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or another related field.
Registration as a California Professional Engineer is preferred.
Approximately ten (10) years of experience in Quality Management on infrastructure project.
Approximately three (10) years of supervisory experience in the management of major construction contracts.
Valid California Class C driver s license.
Technical requirements:
Experience working on roadway and highway related projects preferred.
Effective written, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team involving staff, clients, and outside agencies.
Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying data quality issues.
Results oriented and able to complete tasks on deadline with little supervision.
Ability to make good decisions using sound, professional judgment.
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Knowledge of materials, approved methods and equipment used in physical testing of construction materials preferred.
Knowledge of material testing requirements as they relate to Caltrans Special Provisions, Standard Specifications, and Construction Manual preferred.
Knowledge of quality management systems as they relate to the physical testing of construction materials preferred.

The Counselor is responsible for overseeing all day to day activities with their group of campers. * Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
* Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
* Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
* Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
* Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.

SWS is partnering with Turning Point Community Programs (TPCP), specifically to work within TPCPs Community Wellness Centers for the Community Outreach Recovery Empowerment (CORE) Programs. Community Wellness Centers offer meaningful activities, including peer-led activities, groups, and experiences that promote principlesof wellness, recovery, and resiliency. The CORE Wellness Mentor position is a key role in the Community Wellness Center focusing on providing an array of Peer services and engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The CORE Program Specialist delivers high quality peer support and recovery focused services that uphold the principles of dignity, autonomy, and community connection. Core responsibilities include:
Provide peer support through group facilitation and culturally relevant, educational, social, recreational, and vocational activities.
Promote the foundational principles of recovery including hope, empowerment, respect, social connection, self responsibility, and self determination.
Offer navigation support including information, referrals, and linkages to mental health services, community resources, and broader health systems.
Integrate wellness and recovery principles into all interactions and service delivery.
Engage participants in identifying and accessing community based supports that strengthen stability and wellness.
Provide coaching and mentoring that supports the development of recovery goals, personal wellness plans, and sustained progress toward self identified outcomes.
Utilize a strengths based, person centered approach in all engagement with participants, staff, and community partners.
Support participants with coordination, follow through, and implementation of participant driven recovery goals.
Serve as a mandated reporter and carry out all required reporting responsibilities including duty to warn.
Adhere to all HIPAA and PHI requirements consistent with agency policy and state and federal law.
Document interactions, services, and engagement with unhoused members, as needed.
Complete required data collection, performance outcome reporting, and documentation in SmartCare or other designated electronic health record systems.
Support participants in developing and applying recovery skills across daily life domains.
Maintain strong, professional working relationships with staff, partner agencies, and community stakeholders engaged in CORE programs and services.
Collaborate with program team members including CORE Services Specialists to meet the needs of members and uphold program standards.
Participate in required meetings held onsite, offsite, and virtually.
Conduct purposeful community outreach and strengthen program visibility and reputation within the community.
Contribute to an inclusive, supportive environment for members, volunteers, and program stakeholders.
Provide crisis intervention and emergency linkage when appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment.
Lived experience that strengthens the ability to support members with dignity, respect, and cultural humility. Lived experience may include personal experience with mental health or substance use challenges, or as an immediate family member of someone with lived experience.
Minimum six months of experience or volunteer work in mental health, human services, community outreach, or other service oriented settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact in a culturally responsive and trauma informed manner.
Ability to maintain composure, sound decision making, and physical readiness in potentially stressful situations.
Proficiency in basic computer functions including email, word processing, data entry, saving and retrieving files, and electronic documentation.
Ability to learn and use virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, along with new software programs as required.
Completion of required trainings including safety, sexual harassment, documentation, and other ongoing professional development.
Demonstrates initiative, positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and strong workplace communication skills.
Ability to adapt to change, manage shifting priorities, and navigate unexpected events with steadiness and dependability.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, take direction, think critically, and problem solve effectively.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Desired qualifications include WRAP, Nonviolent Communication, Recovery Planning, and other mental health focused certifications.
Additional skills that expand access to marginalized communities such as bilingual fluency or sign language are welcomed.
Valid California drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
DOJ background clearance required.
Completion of peer certification or enrollment toward certification within three months of hire.
