In his current role, Chad leads the technology departments at Davis Graham. Before joining DGS in Denver, Chad was the head of Global Practice Services (eDiscovery) and Business Intelligence (KM) teams at Gibson Dunn with members in multiple locations covering knowledge management, eDiscovery, practice support, business intelligence, litigation support, application development, marketing technologies, financial systems, HR systems, desktop and web applications. Reporting directly to the executive director, Chad also works with business development, technology, management and executive committees. Before joining Gibson, he was the head of Prosapia consulting, working with Fortune 500 clients providing solutions for knowledge management, business intelligence, enterprise resource planning and big data initiatives. Between 2002-2009, he served as the Global Manager of Client and Practice Systems at White & Case LLP. In this role he was in charge of Knowledge Management initiatives, practice solutions and client applications. Before joining White & Case in 2002, he held a senior level position at Shearman & Sterling overseeing Web Technologies and Application Development. Chad holds a Masters degree in Information Technology with minor in Industrial Management and Workplace Psychology. Debbie Schoonover is an Executive Director at DAVIS GRAHAM & STUBBS LLP, Chief Operating Officer at DAVIS GRAHAM & STUBBS LLP, and Director of Professional Resources at DAVIS GRAHAM & STUBBS LLP and is based in Denver, Colorado. She has worked as Participant at Center for Creative Leadership; Director at Leadership Cleveland; and Business development, Recruitment at Calfee Halter & Griswold LLP. Debbie attended El Camino Real and BYU Law School between 1980 and 1983.

Sara Kraeski works with the firm’s Executive Committee to oversee the firm's financial management and client relations programs, including practice economics, legal matter budgeting, and client satisfaction initiatives. Ms. Kraeski joined DGS in 1992 and was a partner in the firm prior to assuming an administrative management position. As a practicing lawyer, she specialized in corporate transactions, representing clients in public and private securities offerings, merger and acquisition transactions and corporate financings.

Ms. Kraeski received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992. She currently serves on the board of the Colorado Consumer Health Initiative.

Jenna Grange brings more than 18 years of business development, marketing, and media/public relations experience to DGS. She has managed the brand identity of over 25 regional, national, and international AmLaw200 sized law firms and legal associations. In collaboration with the firm’s Executive Committee, Ms. Grange utilizes creativity, tenacity, and leadership to build trust-based relationships that help the leadership and members of the firm define, implement, and measure sound business development and marketing strategies that serve as a foundation for growth.

Ms. Grange received her B.A. from the University of Colorado and served as the former Co-Chair of the Colorado Ballet’s Backstage Barre.
