We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) that will lead a cross-functional product team responsible for informing the design, build, and optimization of technology-enabled workflows and other solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance across the revenue cycle. This leader serves as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our digital tools, data, and processes align with organizational strategy and deliver measurable impact.
This role combines business acumen, product thinking, and operational excellence to translate front-line pain points into scalable solutions that drive financial outcomes and improve the caregiver and patient experience.

What will you do? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Define the vision and the product roadmap for assigned revenue cycle functions (e.g., Cash Posting, Credits).
* Align product initiatives with organizational goals for cash acceleration, clean claim rate improvement, and reduced administrative burden.
* Partner with operational leaders to identify business problems, quantify value, and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
* Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable product objectives and measurable outcomes.
* Identify process gaps and technology opportunities unique to dialysis reimbursement, payer policy changes, and CMS regulations.
* Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting healthcare revenue cycle management.
Execution & Delivery
* Lead discovery, requirements definition, and design for new capabilities and enhancements.
* Partner closely with technology, analytics, and process excellence teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
* Develop and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and ROI of implemented solutions.
* Oversee change management and communication plans to ensure operational readiness and successful implementation.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
* Lead and mentor a team of product managers or analysts dedicated to specific functional areas (e.g., Cash Posting, Credits).
* Partner closely with operations leaders, IT, and finance to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and release planning.
* Serve as an escalation point for complex product or operational issues.
* Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior operational leaders, IT, and analytics partners to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
* Communicate progress, insights, and results to executive stakeholders and other key partners.
* Build trust-based relationships across operations, technology, and finance to enable alignment and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
* Minimum of five (5) years of related experience required
* Experience implementing complex systems and technology solutions that span across multiple geographies along with proven change leadership
* Experience with strategic planning and implementation of large, complex new initiatives
* Strong knowledge and experienced practice with process improvement and project management methodologies, techniques, and processes

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour
Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
