I enjoy the close bonds I've developed with the clients. They become like extended family within a short amount of time. Also, I'm able to set my own hours. The flexible schedule is nice.

I don't like my role being used as an extension of an administrative assistant. Tasks that care unrelated to social work or my job description are constantly added to a never ending pile of care activities to complete. Additionally, the upper management feigns ignorance to dump their work off on social workers.

The company offers many wellness perks and benefits including weight loss programs, incentives for healthy living, fertility assistance, mental health resources,etc.
