ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Process PO and non-PO invoices; perform 3-way match (PO/receipt/invoice) and resolve discrepancies
Validate pricing, quantities, freight, and tax; research and clear GR/IR and RNI aged items

Manage vendor master data setup/changes; ensure W-9 collection and 1099 coding where applicable
Reconcile vendor statements, investigate unapplied cash, credits and duplicate payments
Execute payment runs (ACH, wire, check); optimize cash flow and early payment discounts
Contribute to process improvements, AP automation and KPI tracking
Assist with audits (external, state tax, etc); provide samples and support schedules
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Associate degree in Business Administration/Accounting
3+ years of accounts payable experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience

Establish and maintain uniform cost accounting policies and overhead pools

Lead cycle counts and physical inventories; set count frequency, tolerances and root-cause corrective actions
Evaluate and implement inventory controls: BOM/routing changes, standard cost updates, inventory adjustments and approvals.
Own cost master data governance across ERPs to drive data integrity
Margin, Pricing and Commercial Support
Product/customer/plant margin analysis by item; including impacts of freight/duty
Model price changes and SKU rationalization changes
Be a key contributor in the implementation of new ERP systems
Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role
As an Assembler at RiteScreen, you'll be a vital part of our production process, using hand tools and pneumatic equipment to construct metal screen frames based on customer specifications. What You'll Do
Assembly & Tool Operation
Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment, such as staking machines, to construct screen frames to specifications and customer requirements.
Periodically inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards.
Maintain a steady flow of materials and products between production stages.
Quality Assurance
Monitor the production process for inconsistencies and report concerns to your supervisor promptly.
Identify and resolve minor production issues and escalate more significant problems as needed.
Maintenance
