What You'll Do:
Review, verify, authorize, and retain Crew and Non-crew Expense Reports in compliance with company policy for expense control
Communicate discrepancies to Crew Members and company management as needed
Review submitted expenses for accuracy, validity, and completeness
Identify discrepancies and partner with employees and managers to resolve issues
Play a key role in safeguarding company resources, improving expense processes, and supporting financial reporting integrity
Utilize Concur system to track expenses (training provided on Concur and internal systems)
Contribute to reviewing approximately 2,000-3,000 expense reports per month (individual will not handle all reports)
What We're Looking For:
No prior experience with Travel & Expenses required; training will be provided on job duties
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate items to the manager when unsure
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to correspond professionally via email with internal staff regarding expense-related questions or issues
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with others
Will work closely with a team of approximately 10-11 people within a department of around 30

What You'll Do:

Clean, mark, tag, and prepare parts or assemblies for shipment

Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures

Previous experience in electrical, electronic, or manufacturing assembly

Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
Strong communication and reliable work ethic
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
