Professional and Personal Qualifications
Must possess a valid Colorado Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire, a Colorado Commercial Driver's License (CDL); PS2 endorsement preferred. Dawson will provide training for candidates needing to obtain the PS2 endorsement.
Ability to pass all required background checks as initiated by Dawson.

The MFM Division serves as a resource and referral unit for the Greater New Orleans metropolitan area and beyond. The division is actively involved in the education of 24 residents and 200 medical students as they rotate through the Obstetrical service. Our primary ambulatory site, Touro Infirmary Perinatal Center, is AIUM certified. The MFM division works in multidisciplinary fashion with our affiliated Children s Hospital New Orleans pediatric subspecialty divisions and provides tertiary referral programing within the Louisiana and gulf coast region, for pregnancies with complex fetal and maternal co-morbidities. Our primary obstetric teaching hospital, Touro Infirmary, is a 360 bed facility with > 2500 deliveries per year that has the full complement of in-house Obstetric Anesthesia and ICU support to provide tertiary maternal critical care programming.

Key Responsibilities:
Prenatal diagnosis, consultative and antenatal care services and ultrasound.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include provisionally licensed mental health professional.
Strong communication and writing skills. Bi-lingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
Familiarity with area resources.
Highly organized, and effectively manages multiple priorities simultaneously.
Professionally articulate in communicating (oral and written) service expectations, strengths and needs of clients and outcomes.
Demonstrated professionalism working in teams with internal colleagues and external audiences in both person and through various electronic media.
Enthusiastic about advancing system change within the community.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

What You'll Do
Partner with DPAC Regional Superintendent to inform goals and vision for the scholar, family, and staff experience for all middle school scholars.
Oversee Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus Middle School and serve as its educational leader, charged with shaping the instructional vision and school culture.
Manage through layers of leadership by directly coaching Instructional Coaches, a Dean of Culture, and Grade Level Leaders.
Establish and promote a positive culture of high expectations and high support, continuous improvement, and a relentless focus on academic achievement for scholars and staff.
Drive the instructional programs of the school: develop systems and oversight to ensure there is regular coaching and professional development for teachers, quality evaluations for all staff, and consistent review of lesson plans.
Manage, evaluate, and implement clear and effective procedures for the operation and functioning of the school including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and discipline systems.
Regularly monitor student and staff growth through collection of formal and informal data; use data to inform short and long-term plans for the school.
Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs, ensuring sequential learning experiences for scholars consistent with the school's instructional goals.
Execute weekly staff professional development that improves teacher practice and scholar achievement
Compensation
Salary range starts at $94,350 for candidates with 0 years of prior Principal experience who enroll in the Employer Paid Nevada PERS pension plan or at $110,452 for candidates with 0 years of prior Principal experience who enroll in the Shared Employee/Employer Nevada PERS pension plan. Salary offers increase based on prior years of Principal experience.
