Job Description
The Senior Regulatory Expert is a recognized thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) who is responsible for driving Assent's objective of being a market leading software and services solution for a wide variety of customers and industries. This role requires a highly knowledgeable and experienced regulatory and sustainability subject matter expert to lead the development of best practices, whilst constantly influencing existing solutions and identifying business opportunities for Assent to develop new products in response to the regulatory and sustainability outlook. Key Requirements & Responsibilities
* Be a trusted and known subject matter expert internally and externally, demonstrating depth and breadth of knowledge in several areas of product sustainability and regulatory compliance:
* Specific attention to regulatory and industry objectives for product regulatory programs (e.g., environmental compliance, Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), global PFAS regulations, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65, TSCA, other materials compliance, LCA, Environmental Product Declarations, sustainable product initiatives, etc.)

Qualifications

TRAINING AND ADVANCEMENT

While at the 10-week Recruit Training Command (RTC), also known as Boot Camp, you will take part in a rigorous physical examination and medical screening. The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float performs the same duties as a Laboratory Technical Assistant. Preforming in-vitro analysis of biologic specimens according to the procedures established for routine areas of the laboratory. The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float participates in the supportive functions of quality control, instrument operation, limited troubleshooting, and limited problem resolution. This individual's responsibilities will be narrow in scope and limited to a specific group of tests (defined as waived or moderately complex by Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) regulations. The Laboratory Technical Assistant - Regional Float is part of a pool of LTA that support other LTA and Phlebotomists throughout the region or the system where coverage is assigned on an as-needed basis. LTA coverage is determined based on regional needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Preferred/Optional: Post-high school basic lab techniques, chemistry, biology, or physical science course(s). Phlebotomy course work.
EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface.
