The Bio Building Attendant is responsible for shuttling all stakeholders/crews around the facility while complying with and enforcing bio-security procedures, cleaning all areas of bio-building and laundering uniforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manages, in partnership with the Assistant Corporate Controller, preparation of all SEC filing, including footnote preparation, reconciliation of support documents to the filed documents, formatting of the filings both internally and through 3rd party services, and all other related activities
Interfaces directly with the external auditors during their quarterly reviews or annual audits to reconcile and support information included in external filings or requests from the auditors
Provide technical assistance on complex accounting issues, including, but not limited to, revenue recognition, disclosure matters, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Executes the collection of management rep letters and commitments and contingency letters from business and corporate personnel at quarter and year-ends. Raises and assists with resolution of identified issues on this report at all levels within the corporate control function
Ensures activities are planned in a timely manner to achieve an accurate filing processing. Performs quality control check on all SEC and external filings, including acquisition and disposition related filings
Assists with reporting and conclusions related to accounting requirements associated with business combinations and discontinued operations
Coaches and develops direct reports.

The Operational Excellence Leadership Development Program accelerates professional development by placing recent MBA graduates on multiple Avient teams during a two-year, project-based leadership development program. These teams develop and support a wide range of applications and information systems that drive improvement of the critical processes of Avient businesses. Improvement activities may include focus in the following areas: distribution, supply planning, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, customer management, demand management, master scheduling & planning, inventory management, research & development, and network optimization. Individuals get hands-on experience through various assignments (Corporate, regional, and possibly international) to gain key operational excellence, leadership and change management competencies augmenting their historical work and academic experience. During each phase of their assignment, individuals will establish relationships with peers and leaders, learn fundamentals and receive coaching and performance feedback from Avient leadership. Education and Experience
MBA, Operations or Supply Chain Management focus and three years of work experience preferred.
Project management experience, team facilitation, data analysis, change management, best practice translation, and process improvement experience is ideal.
