Responsibilities include: • Ensuring the safety and supervision of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years. • Ensuring that all staff members understand the objectives and expectations within each classroom. • Assisting the Center Director with adherence to child care licensing requirements as well as internal policies of the company. • Handling administrative duties within the center office. • Substituting as Center Director in the event of their absence. • Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
