Position is responsible for developing a network of talent for identified positions. Identify talent through passive and active sources including social networking, personal networking, Internet research and data mining. Performs research, resume mining, list generation and cold calling of potential candidates through advanced Internet searches, in-depth data mining, and other research techniques. Create and maintain a tracking system for pipeline. * Evaluates sourcing methods through collected feedback to identify and overcome gaps. * Facilitate the Provider Position Control Approval Process including distribution and tracking of forms, community need information, and meeting agendas and minutes. * In coordination with the Director, forecast recruitment needs for assigned areas. Develop a recruitment plan for "hard to fill" positions. * Fosters a strong relationship with provider search firms. * Maintains applicable files on the shared drive, including resumes, references, etc. * Develop relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS: * Assists as needed with new provider onboarding process. * Review turnover to identify trends or concerns and develop a plan of action * Completes and files EEO/AA reports; Monitors plan implementation and recommended responses.
