DMOS is expanding access to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) services by opening a new Interventional Physiatry Clinic. We are seeking Interventional Physiatrists (M.D. or D.O) or Anesthesiologists interested in treating Orthopaedic Pain, Neck, Back and Spine patients by identify and providing care such as EMGs, Nerve Testing, Arthograms and Epidural Spine Injections. If you are an experienced Provider with a passion for providing pain control to patients through Interventional Physiatry practices, this may be your calling!
The Job: We are seeking experienced, formally trained, Interventional Pain Physicians interested in joining a long standing organization with a heart for patients. We are seeking people who are either looking to join a practice or are exploring the opportunities in central Iowa to work in a large orthopedic group. This position is located in a fully staffed Interventional Physiatry practice established in West Des Moines with access to new imaging center with MRI and CT. Behavior Technician will complete a training program set by the clinical team to prepare the employee to become a Registered Behavior Technician. Once this exam is passed you will have the responsibilities listed below:
Directly implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising BCBA
Collecting accurate data for all treatment plans and behavior programs, which is then provided to the BCBA for analysis
Serves in a direct care role, consulting the BCBA regularly for additional support, training, and supervision
Adjusts interventions and/or intervention methods as instructed by the supervising BCBA when necessary
Responsible for maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention and plan in place for each client on his/her caseload and those on the assigned team
Maintains RBT credentials by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually as per BACB guidelines
Must receive and accurately track RBT supervision hours to maintain internal and external compliance.
The annual renewal of the RBT Competency Assessment and Annual Renewal form must be submitted and accepted by the BACB. Continuous adherence to the BACB Ethical Standards for RBT is required.

About the Role: Food & Beverage Server
As a Food & Beverage Server, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des Moines.
As a Food & Beverage Server, you will:
* Create a warm, "home-like" dining experience by preparing and serving delicious, visually appealing meals tailored to residents' preferences and dietary needs.
* Engage with residents to honor their food choices and provide personalized service, including accommodating special requests and substitutions.
* Maintain spotless, organized food storage and dining areas while following strict sanitation and safety procedures.
* Manage inventory, ensure meal supplies are ready, and minimize waste through careful handling and efficient kitchen practices.
* Foster community by dining with residents and offering assistance to those needing help with eating in a caring, supportive environment.
Opening:
* Full-Time and Part-Time
* Weekdays: 6:00am-2:00pm & 4:00pm-7:00pm
* Weekends: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Qualifications:
* Experience in food preparation and safe food handling
* Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures
* Skilled in customizing meals while respecting nutritional guidelines and personal choice.
* Capable of prepping for upcoming meals, managing food stock, and minimizing waste.
