We are seeking a skilled and motivated Provider Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment of clinical providers, including Dermatologists, Mohs Surgeons, Dermatopathologists, and dermatology-trained Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. This role is critical to supporting our practice growth and maintaining clinical excellence. The Provider Recruiter will develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, build strong relationships within the dermatology community, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. Focuses on communication, team building, and employee engagement. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one year experience with people with developmental disabilities or one year supervisory experience. Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, position and transfer. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain insurability as required by Board Policy.
