. The Tustin Family Campus program is an 18 month residential treatment program serving 15 mothers with up to 32 children. All residents have open Child and Family Service cases in the County of Orange. These mothers are working to reunify with their children while at the same time addressing their histories with addiction and mental health. Our treatment team works closely with Orange County Social Services, Orange County Mental Health and Family Court to ensure successful case plan completion and reunification. Clients receive substance abuse counseling and education, counseling and education in parenting and life skills as well as individual and group therapy for both mothers and children. The goal for our clients is that they graduate with custody of their children, affordable housing and a steady income. The Childcare Parenting Specialist will assist with the Parenting Skills Program, a family centered program, which has the goal of helping parents to provide a healthy and safe environment for their children and to maximize their children's emotional and cognitive development. Job Description The Site Attendant will assist clients with all immediate needs for daily living and maintain facility upkeep. The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. HBIC's non-public school (NPS) program and Adult Day Program (ADP) are intimate, yet highly active environments, with significant support from all facets of the program and non-profit "parent" organization. 1967 - Founder, Cleta J. Harder and a group of caring volunteers opened a location in Brea's Pioneer Hall to provide assistance to a neighbor's child with a disability. Help for Brain Injured Children (HBIC) was born; and so, began the mission of "Giving Hope" to individuals with disabilities and their families. An Agency Respite Care Provider is responsible for providing non-medical personal care, assistance and companionship for clients who require supervision for reason of developmental disabilities, intellectual deficiencies, or other health-related conditions.
