Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all exam reports. Maintain compliance with VA, HIPAA, and organizational standards. Provide unbiased evaluations without involvement in treatment decisions. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Texas license Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
