    Job Summary: The Direct Care Staff assists residents and supports the work of the Residential Care Manager with specific tasks, allowing the residents/clients to live independently in a supported apartment setting. At a glance: this person will support the day-to-day needs and activities of residents requiring varying levels of mental health and physical health support within an apartment setting. Assisting with laundry, grocery shopping, hygiene, in-residence and outside residence activities/field trips, medication administration (on as needed basis - this person will be trained and certified in medication admin). Must be a licensed driver, comfortable transporting up to 10 passengers. Need someone that is flexible - able to work overtime and some holidays (time and a half pay) and available to work 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 9pm shifts (no night shifts required for this role). MUST be compassionate, personable, patient. Essential Responsibilities: Resident Support & Care • Assist residents in accordance with individualized care plans, including life skills such as grooming, hygiene, time management, housekeeping, personal safety, and basic emergency response skills • Promote resident independence, dignity, and respectful communication at all times Health, Safety & Transportation • Ensure the safety of residents and the apartment environment to minimize risk and prevent accidents • Provide transportation to medical appointments, recreational programs, shopping, community activities and work • Administer medications as assigned, when need coverage, in accordance with agency policy and training. Physical Demands: Includes providing strength and balance for helping clients with grooming, showering, and driving clients to doctors and community events. Working Conditions: Requires long hours, need to be flexible with time and work nights and weekends. Needs to maintain a pleasant home environment for residents and work environment for staff.     Part-time position available. Provides world class customer service to all members and guests in all retail elements including special orders, promotions and events. Promotes the Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness and Sports retail activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provides outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner. Greets members and guests by name. * Checks in tennis and pickleball players and processes any appropriate fees using point of sale system. Ensures the proper billing of members and guests. * Carries out opening and closing procedures for Tennis department. * Assists members and guests with merchandise questions. Provides product knowledge of all Sports Shop merchandise. Communicates ability to special order from all our vendors. * Operates point of sale system to process sales and fees. * Maintains a clean efficient work environment throughout the entire Tennis operation. * Enforces all Club rules and regulations, including the dress code. * Assists Sports Operations Manager with inventory control and restocking merchandise. Advises the Sports Operations Manager of any out of stock items. * Receives incoming emails and phone calls regarding court reservations, bookings and court conditions. Takes proper messages and communicates with Tennis staff regarding member questions or comments. * Promotes activities and functions offered throughout the Club.
