Requirements

Proven success in full-cycle recruitment, including clinical roles such as providers (MD/DO, NP/PA) and clinical support staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
Responsible for clinical oversight and leadership in service delivery of ESSC's autism services Provider Network, including Behavioral and Therapy Networks. EDUCATION:

Ph.D., Ed.D., or clinical doctorate with emphasis in psychology, behavioral analysis, speech occupational physical therapy, or public health administration, preferred.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). CCC-SLP, or licensed Occupational Therapist, Doctoral-level BCBA, SLP/OT/PT.
EXPERIENCE:
7 years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and /or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
7 + years in an advanced leadership capacity managing certified/clinical staff.
Experience in delivery and management of behavioral health/clinical services within a multi-site medical model is preferred. Previous experience with network management is required.
5-7 years experience with a proven track record inbuilding interdisciplinary relationships to support service delivery.
Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

Responsibilities
Client Care & Support
Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and ensuring bedding and surrounding areas are clean and ready prior to client arrival. Enforce client site rules and policies during admission and discharge.
Conduct routine wellness checks and facility walk-throughs (minimum of every 2 hours) to monitor client safety, behavior, and overall welfare. Intervene using de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques as necessary.
