MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The Site Attendant will assist clients with all immediate needs for daily living and maintain facility upkeep.
The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential. The schedule for this position is 7:00am to 3:30pm, Thursday - Monday.
Responsibilities
Client Care & Support
Assist with client intakes and outtakes by preparing client bed area and ensuring bedding and surrounding areas are clean and ready prior to client arrival. Enforce client site rules and policies during admission and discharge.
Conduct routine wellness checks and facility walk-throughs (minimum of every 2 hours) to monitor client safety, behavior, and overall welfare. Intervene using de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques as necessary.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled searches of client belongings to ensure compliance with site rules and to prevent prohibited items from entering the facility.
Pick up client medications from pharmacies and assist with client move-outs, including the packing of belongings and final room sanitation.

Meal Preparation & Food Safety
