Job Summary Assist the Lead Teacher in the educational care and development of a specific classroom by supporting Health & Safety standards as defined in Licensing Regulations, First Aid, CPR to insure the maintenance of a spotlessly clean and healthy classroom environment. Support curriculum by teaching the children personal care routines that promote their personal health and awareness. Implement a classroom environment of earth friendly practices that encourage health awareness, environmental friendliness and personal actions that lead to the development of a strong, healthy and aware child based upon the age-appropriate standards defined in ITERS, SAERS, & CLASS Evaluation tools. Collaborate with children, staff & families to assure High Quality early childhood education. Responsible for supporting & assisting in the implementation of a rich curriculum which incorporates, Infant/Toddler Creative Curriculum, and PITC Curriculum. The Instructional Assistant will be responsible for using the CLASS tool to guide intentional teaching and meaningful engagement. Responsible to support the Lead teacher and your Teaching team as we all work together to ensure compliance with all Licensing regulations, agency policies and procedures and the Education Code as applicable. . Requirements 12 ECE units including 3 units of Infant/Toddler + Associate Teacher Permit Physical Requirements Ability to work at various locations, as needed. Rush Creek Lodge is looking for an engaging Wellness Desk Lead to join the team and create a welcoming, professional, and clean environment for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness and brings a warm and positive attitude to the Wellness Spa team. The Wellness Spa Lead engages with guests and staff throughout their shift, which requires the ability to provide direction as well as attentive, caring guest service. The Lead is responsible for a variety of tasks that help support the spa workflow by working with and overseeing the spa team. The Lead assists and oversees Wellness Desk Attendants in scheduling appointments, describing treatments, checking-in guests, collecting payments, ordering and serving food, providing spa tours, and assisting guests with retail purchases. The Lead is also responsible for maintenance of and cleaning of the spa, which includes hands-on execution and oversight, as well as communicating needs to appropriate departments and teams. Leads also play a key role in engaging with our guests and enriching their experience through exceptional hospitality, as well as inspiring guests to continue their Wellness journey when they head home.
