The Job in a Nutshell: The Vitamin/Body Care Assistant is responsible for assisting the Vitamin and Body Care Managers in the successful operation and profitability of the vitamin and body care departments. Responsibilities
Main Ingredients:
Providing World Class Customer Service and a positive customer experience as the number one priority daily.

Creating inviting, full and shopable departments.
Assisting the department managers in ordering for vitamin and body care departments and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Assisting the department managers in managing margin, driving sales, and overall department profitability including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.
Ensuring all in-stock products/conditions meet company standards.
Offering and following up on special orders.
Merchandising shelves, endcaps and dynamic displays.
Assisting in managing as well as participating in tagging, facing, rotating, cleaning, markdowns, stocking, and backstock.
Assisting in training and monitoring of department personnel including assigning and following up on tasks.
Conducting active and passive demos.
Working with the department managers to address performance issues within the department.
Supporting store opening and closing activities including Daily Sales Report (DSR) and cash handling and cashier closeout responsibilities.
Handling register functions including backup cashiering, managing customer returns, addressing customer complaints, and covering register shift changes, including those for scheduled breaks.
Maintaining the safety and security of customers and employees.
Answering customer questions per company standards and policies, including the use of Health Supportive Statements and/or statements of nutritional support.
Continually increasing product knowledge.
Using SAP and inventory management software, emailing and utilizing other IS programs as needed.
Working a schedule based on store needs which includes evenings, weekends, holidays. Position requires working five days, 40 hours per week and attending mandatory store meetings.
This position has limited Manager on Duty but is never intended to be the overall Manager on Duty for the store.
Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.
Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
1 year of experience in grocery or retail environment preferred; natural foods background is a plus.
1 year of experience supervising others preferred.
1 year of experience in vitamins/supplements preferred.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications as required by law and maintain compliance by keeping certifications up to date and registered if applicable.
Ability to manage changing priorities and to stay focused with the task at hand.
Possess a sense of urgency in the completion of tasks.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Ability to take direction and follow through.
Must be cashier trained and able to count currency.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Nature and Scope of Job: The purpose of the Daycare (child care) Assistant is to assist and cooperate in a supportive role and provide the highest quality of supervision in a safe and healthy learning environment for all children. Under the direction of the daycare director/principal in the daycare, assist in creating weekly/daily plans addressing individual needs/goals for children. Provide a comprehensive safe and healthy learning environment for all children.
Assist in guiding and facilitating activities of the children, including: daily activities, routines and play, selecting and arranging materials in the classroom.
Follow a consistent schedule, which may include small and large group experiences, work time, music and movement, large and small motor activities, skill development, meals and effective transitions between activities.
Assist the daycare director/principal in maintaining a comprehensive and ongoing portfolio assessment for each child, including weekly/daily observations in each area, examples of the child's food, play, and a developmental assessment.
Set goals for each child's individual development and to document/discuss progress.
Document attendance and all activities and submit to the appropriate staff, any prescribed forms consistently, correctly, and promptly.
Complete and submit required forms and records in a timely and accurate fashion; daily schedule, time approvals, meal reports, etc.
Feed, eat with, and assist children in development of social and self-help skills, and sound nutritional practices.
Guide children's acquisition of social skills.
Under the direction of the daycareassistant/principal, the daycareassistant will be responsible for modeling and supporting positive behavior, health, education, mental health and report social service concerns to the appropriate staff member.
Attend staff training and meetings as requested.

Job Description
Winter Recreation Attendants and Lift Operators are responsible for the safety of our guests while they are loading, riding, and unloading our lifts. Responsibilities (But not limited to)
Responsible for guest safety at the chairlifts, Carpets, Tube Park, and Mountain Coaster.

Assists in snow removal, daily setup, and routine maintenance of lift areas.

Works closely with lift maintenance to assist and resolve any problems that may arise on the mountain.

Assist with setup and take down of Mountain Coaster Cars, Tube Park, and chairlift start up procedures
Oversee the safety checks and safe operations of Mountain Coaster, Tube Park, or assigned lift
Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests, co-workers and supervisors
Follow company/department policies and procedures
Willing to work in cold temperatures that can reach in excess of below zero

Greet every client with a smile and address client and pet by name.
Promote additional playtime services and treats.
Accurate completion of all boarding forms.
Ask all clients: “Is there anything additional that I can help you with or get for you today?”
If a client is unhappy with services/treatment, ascertain the problem and handle. If unable to do so, contact the Practice Manager.
Controls over Work:
Work under the supervision of the Resort Supervisors who indicate general assignments, limitations and priorities. Recurring assignments are performed independently. Deviations or unfamiliar situations are referred to the supervisor.
Completed work is reviewed for accuracy and compliance with kennel and hospital procedures.
Other Significant Facts:
Educate each client as much as possible; if we don't do it, someone else will!
Able to lift 40# regularly
Keep drawers, cabinets and desk area neatly organized. Make note of any office supplies that are depleted.
Keep all forms well stocked.

Responsibilities: * Supervision and Leadership: Assist the Supervisor in providing leadership, direction, and hands-on involvement to the shipping team. * Process Optimization: Communicate and enforce standards for process time, settings, and other specifications to enhance output and maintain quality conditions. * Performance Tracking: Provide tracking and feedback on results to the team and Supervisor, ensuring continuous improvement. * Quality Assurance: Examine outgoing shipments for any product defects, ensuring only high-quality products leave our facility. * Packaging: Assemble cardboard containers or use pre-assembled containers, insert items into containers using spacers, fillers, and protective padding. * Labeling and Documentation: Stamp or glue identifying information and shipping instructions onto boxes or containers, post weights, shipping charges, and affix postage. * Material Transport: Transport materials and finished products to appropriate departments or storage locations. * Inventory Control: Assist the Shipping Technician in maintaining accurate inventory records. * Workspace Management: Maintain a neat and orderly work area and contribute to the cleanliness of the shipping yard. * Safety Compliance: Follow all safety requirements for the position and adhere to company policies and procedures. * Adaptability: Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of efficient shipping processes and provide ideas for improvement. * Flexibility: Perform all other duties as directed by management. Requirements: * Educational Skills: Reading, writing, and mathematical competency. * Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of progressive experience in a shipping or warehouse environment with strong attention to detail. * Forklift Operation: Prior forklift experience is essential. * Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable assistance. * Tool Proficiency: Ability to use hand tools such as electric saw, air nail gun, hammer, banding equipment, and crowbar. * Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well. * Mobility: Sufficient mobility to allow frequent entrance and exits from a lift truck. * Team Collaboration: Ability to work with the corporate office and cross-functional teams. * Preferred Skills: SAP and MS Excel experience is a plus.
