Facilitate entry processing, as well as pre arrival and post arrival exception resolution.
Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to CBP and PGAs
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customer's front-line personnel
Support Account Administrators with accountmanagement activities (exception logs, special spreadsheets).

Research and resolve customer billing issues
Coordinate post-entry activities on the customer's behalf
Manage the entry verification process.
Sort and assign department workload

Produce operational trend reports
Keep business partners apprised of the exception process.
Pre alerts - receive and respond as needed per customer SOP.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine and secure most profitable equipment type including equipment requests
Schedule pick up appointments based on customer guidelines
Dispatch origin carrier
Perform rail billing and assign gate reservations when needed
Monitor and work Pre-ship and Origin tabs in Edge
Manage equipment pools, reconciliation, and reporting
Ensure loads are in gated in a timely manner
Enter all relevant information (arrival and departure times, notes, etc.)
Review and work active alerts in Edge
Communicate and enter carrier deductions if applicable
Review and process accessorials which occur at origin
Communicate with carriers, customers, and railroads
Schedule delivery appointments based on customer guidelines

Responsibilities
The Manager, Tradeshow Client Relationships is accountable for managing all facets of assigned Tradeshow accounts within Estes Forwarding Worldwide, LLC. Measure effectiveness of solutions and process improvements.
Support and work with VP, Tradeshow for any identified account escalations and issues with operational performance.
Support and work with Tradeshow operations for any identified new opportunities or issues with performance.
Routinely measure shipment volume levels and quickly investigate attrition or growth to determine root cause. Escalate any identified attrition to management.
Maintain Client Tradeshow and Event schedule within CRM, building opportunities and maintaining the schedules in order to stay on top of account growth and potential revenue. Keeping contact information updated with CRM and Worldtrak.
Build client quotations and shipments within Worldtrak.
Route all shipments for the client and look for opportunities to maximize profit by consolidating shipments with other account freight.
Effectively log all client communication in the company CRM.
Regular attendance is required.
Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.

Lead the promotion and closure of high-value diesel engine and transmission sales to OEM customers in the off-highway segment.
Build and deepen executive-level relationships with new and existing OEMs across diverse applications and industries.
Prospect and secure new customer accounts to accelerate market-share gains in Construction, Industrial, Agriculture, Forestry, Mining, and adjacent verticals.
Partner with customer engineering, procurement, and leadership teams to deliver tailored technical solutions and consultative support.
Spearhead collaborative product-development initiatives that create differentiated, value-added solutions for OEMs.
Cultivate and strengthen vendor partnerships to ensure optimal product availability and support.
Champion continuous learning through advanced product training, sales workshops, and industry events.
Travel up to 50% within assigned territory to maintain visibility and close deals.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven leadership in consultative sales with a track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas.
Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills at C-suite and technical levels.
Strategic thinker able to craft and execute territory business plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Deep knowledge of industrial equipment, powertrain applications, and off-highway market dynamics.
Strong technical aptitude and application-engineering experience.
Minimum 5-7 years of outside sales leadership in diesel engines, transmissions, or heavy equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
