Job Overview:
A respiratory therapist is responsible for the care, evaluation and tests of the patients suffering from complications related to the breathing system.Respiratory therapists practice under the able guidance of expert physicians and should ensure that all respiratory care, starting from diagnosis to therapeutic treatment is properly carried out.

A NJ Respiratory License
BLS certification
RRT certification
Preferred:
2-3 years of experience is preferable.
ACLS, PALS and NRP is highly recommended.
Essential Functions:
• Administer aerosol medication, Chest PT and related therapies including medical gas therapy per physician orders or approved protocols. Perform rounds on all assigned patients to deliver appropriate care.
• Assess and interpret patient status using Laboratory and Radiology results along with vital signs and other assessments to identify and provide appropriate care based on the specific needs identified. Evaluate therapy orders for completeness, appropriateness, quality and effectiveness using Evidence-Based Practice Guidelines. Recommend changes in the care plan based on assessments and guidelines.
• Correctly complete all patient records and documentation according to Department policy including patient assessment, plan of care, E-MAR, patient education and performance improvement fields. Rarely leaves Overdue Tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skill in the use of Oxygen Therapy, BiPAP, CPAP and High Flow Nasal Cannulas (HFNC) for use in primary assignment area (i.e. neonate, infant, pediatric and adult) patient populations. Knowledge and skill includes device and interface selection, application, operational verification and modes of therapy. Assess effectiveness of therapy. Report any adverse reaction or side effects such as skin irritation.
• Demonstrate Knowledge and skill in the use of invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation in primary assignment area (i.e. neonate, infant, pediatric and adult) patient populations. Knowledge and skill includes device and interface selection, application, operational verification, troubleshooting, and modes of therapy. Assess effectiveness of therapy three times per shift. Report any adverse reactions or side effects such as skin irritation.
• Comply with all Department, Infection Prevention, and Safety policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals and relevant Standards from Joint Commission, Department of Health, CMS and other regulatory bodies.
• Determine priorities and organizes work and time to meet them. Demonstrate the ability to function in a diverse workforce. Interact tactfully, constructively and diplomatically with others.
• Perform emergency airway care procedures and maintain patient ventilation during emergent situations. As ordered and if certified, establish, maintain and obtain samples from arterial lines. Perform arterial punctures to obtain arterial samples. Analyze arterial, capillary, and venous blood samples.
• Complete all mandatory Competencies within specified timeframe. Complete all Healthstream online training within specified timeframe.
• Attend external and internal educational programs as part of continuing education.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair site utilities and facility systems (HVAC for cleanrooms, clean utilities, boilers, chillers, air/vacuum, effluent treatment) to ensure reliable, compliant operation.
Support installation, setup, calibration and qualification of new utility and facility equipment, and help define maintenance plans.
Perform routine rounds, inspections and troubleshooting, documenting all work accurately in logs, work orders and the CMMS.
Work safely in classified cleanroom areas, following gowning, contamination control, lockout/tagout and other EHS procedures.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality on investigations, deviations and continuous improvement, and support plant startup and production needs as required.

Genmab is looking for a Director, Legal Counsel to be part of our existing Legal team. This position is based in our Princeton, NJ office.
The Role
The Legal Counsel will assist in providing a robust, full-service legal function supporting Genmab's US Market Operations (Market Operations) organization based in Princeton, NJ. Your job will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements for the Market Operations Team, be part of the cross functional group reviewing commercial and scientific materials, provide relevant legal training to sales representatives and others, and provide legal support regarding various types of contracts and engagements with HCPs and other individuals and entities in the health care system. You will work closely together with colleagues in the organization and with external collaboration partners and vendors, with the overall goal to support the commercialization of new and innovative medicines for the benefit of patients.
You will be part of the US Market Operations legal team reporting to the Vice President, Legal, US Market Operations.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for legal review of scientific and commercial/marketing material for use in the US Market in close cooperation with Genmab colleagues but also with Genmab collaboration partners.
• Support Marketing and Sales with negotiation, drafting and/or review of commercial agreements
• Support Medical Affairs with negotiation, drafting and/or review of agreements (e.g., Advisory Boards) and provide legal review of scientific materials
• Support Market Access by providing legal advice relating to patient support programs, and drafting/ reviewing of applicable agreements (e.g., with service providers for various patient support programs), and providing legal advice relating to arrangements and agreements with various entities in the health care delivery system (including payers, specialty distributors/distributors, GPOs and health care providers and institutions)
• Provide legal support and advice regarding health care anti-fraud and abuse matters including anti-kickback statute and false claims matters
• Assist with local site-related agreements as required from time to time.

Requirements
• JD or LL.M. from an accredited law school with at least 4-8 years of relevant work experience in the life science industry or in a law firm servicing life science clients
• Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating relevant agreements
• Experience in working with marketing, sales and market access organizations in the life sciences field
• Experience in reviewing scientific materials and promotional materials in the life sciences field
• Commercially-minded and solution-oriented with an ability to analyze legal situations, understand the facts and the client's business position and efficiently assimilate information from a variety of sources
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on a cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an international environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiating skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as in teams

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$211,440.00---$317,160.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
