Area Coordinator/DSP Reports to: QDDP/Case Manager The Area Coordinator /DSP are assigned a caseload of individuals and are often the families/individuals supported most familiar contact. The Area Coordinator will advocate in family homes and Residential Habilitation settings for the best possible outcomes and life experiences. This is a full-time benefited position. The Area Coordinator/DSP will be scheduled for 30 hours administrative work and 10 hours direct support a week. Responsibilities and Duties Serves as the direct contact person for family/guardians regarding concerns and the daily needs of the individuals. This would include all emergencies and general contact at a minimum of monthly. Provides home/on-the-job training for the DSPs.
