Requirements: In-office position at Minneapolis, MN headquarters, candidate must be local as this position is 100% in-office. For candidates without direct experience with contract review, job experience in roles requiring similar levels of high attention to detail and critical thinking is required. There is opportunity to grow in responsibility within this department. Responsibilities: Ensure all required documentation is received prior to routing contracts for signature. Route for signatures to execute contract documents. Track and maintain contract review status. Work with several different departments throughout the company, examples include but are not limited to: serving as a point of contact to relay contract information to internal sales team members or others as requested. clarifying client requirements. coordinating and assembling information from internal stakeholders and/or management during contract negotiation, as needed. ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. Review contract documents for alignment with DC Group's business policies and risk tolerance and assist with gathering additional details or drafting redlines as needed to ensure compliance. Contract document examples include but are not limited to: Purchase orders and terms and conditions, master service agreements, amendments, statements of work, NDAs etc. Other tasks or projects as assigned, such as but not limited to obtaining subcontractor compliance documentation.
