As chief executive officer from 2007 to 2010, lead the growth of CPower from its roots as a New York-based business to an international brand in demand response. Joined CPower following a decade in various senior leadership roles at SAP, including hosting and application management, e-commerce and software sales business areas.

In his role as partner and Chief Business Development Officer with Jingoli-DCO, Joseph oversees business development in all areas of each organization.

Joseph has over three decades of expertise in construction, project and energy management. He has a reputation throughout the energy industry for his unique ability to think outside the box and his use of innovative strategies to bring successful energy projects to fruition.

Joseph Jingoli purchased Joseph Jingoli & Son in 1987, established DCO Energy in 2000, and has since built Jingoli-DCO into an industry leader, with projects throughout the United States, Central America and the Caribbean valued at well over $ 1 billion.

Under his leadership, Jingoli-DCO projects have won numerous awards, and Jingoli-DCO regularly ranks as an industry leader in markets ranging from design build to power to cogeneration.

Robert's management expertise is a significant asset to the company's ability to consistently complete projects on time and on budget. His leadership ensures that the project managers share the corporate philosophy of customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Day to day, Robert provides close supervision of all aspects of the firm's engineering, construction management and owner relations. He meets with owners throughout the construction cycle regarding project development and implementation, and he handles the preparation of contracts for both owners and subcontractors.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Rutgers University, College of Engineering. His professional affiliations include the Utility and Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey, New Jersey Water Environment Association, National Society of Professional Engineers; American Water works Association, American Society of Safety Engineers, Society of American Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Alan Bendel is a Chief Engineer at DCO Energy and is based in Oxford, New Jersey.
